I said we're not interested and he really shouldn't be knocking on peoples doors who have posted signs, and he proceeded to try and teach me what "soliciting" is, and how he's not selling, just quoting business. What a joke. I told him to get off my property, and as he was leaving, him and his body guard used the f-word at me right in front of my 7 y/o and my 5 y/o. My 5 y/o learned that word for the first time today, from your salesman. Cool eh? I called the police immediately and they were out in the neighborhood talking with your hoodlums within 5 minutes. Your reviews are FULL of poor people having the same experience. Clearly this is how you do it. How you run your business. I have the whole interaction on camera from multiple angles and I plan to post it wherever I can for the world to see. Maybe your company is full of good people, but with tactics like this getting repeated all over town, y'all deserve nothing but the worst reviews possible.

Zerorez came to my house to clean the carpet on Monday about 0900. I heard water dripping down from…read moremy downstairs shower about 450pm, hours after the technician left the location. I called the technician twice but no answer. I immediately ran upstairs and noticed that my kids bathroom was flooded. I immediately placed about 10 towels to soak up the water and plunged the toilet. About 30 minutes later the water that was dripping through the light in the downstairs shower started to slow down. I called Zerorez and told them that I had no knowledge of the technician using my upstairs restroom. He clogged the toilet which made the toilet overflow and tons of water in the upstairs bathroom dripping through the light in the downstairs shower. It's Friday evening and Zerorez management has yet to return my Six phone calls about the situation. The receptionist told me that the kids may have done it or I have a bad float in the bathroom. I told them my kids have been gone from 0730 to 430pm and if it was the float I would have heard the water running. I told them my floats were replaced in 2025 in all my bathrooms. I called two plumbers who both stated floats don't make your toilet to overflow; it continues to run causing your water bill to be high. Both plumbers said the only way the toilet will overflow is if its clogged and the water goes out the toilet onto the floor. Zerorez Management hasn't done anything, and the receptionist keeps stating that management says I have a bad float. I continue to tell them my floats were replaced in 2025 and the plumber's said floats don't cause your toilet to overflow. The only things that causes your toilets to overflow is if something is clogging the toilet or stopping the water to go down. These are the pictures that I sent Zerorez but nothing from management as of yet. Don't use Zerorez if you want you want to trust someone to be honest this is not the place. You'll be disappointed. The only time Zerorez was concerned about was when they were trying to get my business, I received two emais, phone calls and texts daily until they arrived. I give Zerorez 0 out of 0 stars. If you want someone trustworthy, honest or reliable DON'T USE ZEROREZ.

This is going to be long so bear with me…read more We are under contract to buy a home in which there was a recall on the originally installed shingles. The seller was having the roof REPLACED per the warranty from the shingle manufacturer. The seller contracted 1st Colorado Roofing to do the work. After our initial property inspection was done on the home, it was found that there was a missing vent cap that needed to be replaced. I asked for proof that it was done and was given Eric's number (at 1st Colorado Roofing) to contact and ask for pics. Not only was he completely rude, he flat out told me he wasn't making a special trip for me because he was too busy. Okay fine. So I ask our AMAZING inspector to go back out and take pics with his drone to make sure the vent was done. He made time out of his busy day to stop by for 10 mins to snap some quick pics and he sent them over to me. I see that the vent cap that was missing was put on, but after I looked closer, I realized that the roof in fact WASNT completely replaced like the invoice says, they roofed AROUND the solar panels. Meaning that the faulty, old shingles were still on the roof. The permit pulled with Jefferson County said it was supposed to be a roof replacement. The black shingles are the NEW ones, the light multicolored shingles are the old ones. What's even worse is if I wasn't adamant about SEEING that the vent cap was done, we would have never known about this shoddy job. Mind you, this home is in an HOA, which I ended up calling and they said the roof needs to be consistent so this wouldn't pass community standards. In the last 24 hours, we have contacted FIVE independent roofing companies who have absolutely NO monetary interest in this house. 5/5 of them said the roof should be completely redone at this point because the integrity of the underlayment has been compromised. 1st Colorado Roofing is now saying that they will just go back and finish the rest of the roof.... First of all, the roof should have NEVER even been done like this. Now you want to basically just patch everything together? Second of all, the invoice says that they put all new vents on the house. They in fact did not. They used the old vents and spray painted them, getting spray paint on the shingles. Third of all, weren't they paid to do a full roof replacement?? We are supposed to close, be out of our existing home with 3 kids and into this new house in NINE days. Someone needs to make this right and that someone should be the roofing company who shouldn't have done a "re-roof" like this. Please spread the word!
