Read before you take your car here. My experience with Duguay's Automotive…read more I took my 2011 Mazda 2 (Small car) to Duguay's and left it for 7 days while I was on vacation. Wanted a full under car oil. I called on my way home and was told the car had not been done yet, but it would be done before I got there. Picked my car up and paid $157.07 for the oiling. Once home I noticed there was no oil in or on the bottom of the door where a car normally rusts. I called and voiced my concern. I was told it was done and it would start to come out once it was hot and the oil would run. Fair enough. The car was done on Aug 01, 2023. 48 days later September 18, 2023, I had my car in a different shop for work. While talking to them about the work that needed done, I was asked if I wanted to get my car under oiled. I told them it was done on Aug 01, 2023 he said REALLY!!???. I told him yes. He sent me some pictures of the underside of my car. To my surprise there were large areas that were not oiled at all. I called Duguay's, to ask for a refund as I was not happy with the lack of work done on my car. He told me he understood, and I would get a refund if I was not happy with the work. I also sent him pictures. When I called him back on that Monday to see how this refund would be taken care of, he told me he was not going to refund me. He said I could bring it back and they would coat the missing spots on my car. I told him I live an hour away from the shop and it was not reasonable, because I would need an hour ride there and back, and then back again form or friend or family member, as well as pay them gas to do just that. I asked for a part refund ¾, 1/2, 1/3, back and I was told NO, he would not be doing that at all. My car will be under car oil this Wednesday September 27, 2023 at a different shop for $129.95. Out $157.07 and feeling quite used.

Randy's fixed my vehicle in a short amount of time and only charged me for what he worked on and also warned me of potential problems with my vehicle. He even did little extra and fixed a small noise I had in my muffler free of charge. I would highly recommend him In this area. Nothing worse than going to a shop and getting ripped off, but Randy's defiantly was not that experience for me!

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to have my summer tires put on my truck as well as an alignment…read more My appointment was for May 24th. Icalled today to get an oil change added to the upcoming work order only to be told that my appointment time was given to someone else. I was told that I would have to make another appointment. Why should I be incovienced because of their incompetence. Needless to say I will not ever give them another chance.
