Great service from Dom!…read more I stopped by to get my tire pressure checked, and they were pretty busy. Dom let me know there would be a little wait and that he'd be with me shortly, which I really appreciated. When he came back, he was super attentive and didn't rush through anything. I had a concern about one of my tires, and he made sure to double-check it for me. He also told me about a tire protection plan that I didn't even know was available to me. I really appreciated him looking out for me and also thinking about ways to earn more business for the company. Definitely give Dom some kudos--he's doing a great job and provides really good customer service!

Took my 2020 Corolla in first thing on a Tuesday morning for a tire rotation and alignment check…read more Greg, the owner got me in quickly. Wait time was about 1.5 hours which I felt was reasonable considering the popularity of the shop. When my car was ready Greg informed me that the tires were, rotated and balanced and that an alignment was performed. Greg was very transparent and clear that although an alignment service had been performed, the margins were so small he comped the alignment service due to the minimal need for adjustment. I was out the door for roughly $70 which I felt was reasonable considering the time they took to inspect my vehicle and having done some adjustments, however small. I found Big O Tires to be thorough, knowledgeable, fair and efficient to the best of their ability. Trusting anyone to work on your vehicle can be stressful, but I will be coming back as my trust has been earned!

They charged me for the complete knuckle replacemement, but did not replace the complete knuckle, they replacd the bearing only. Further, The axel had to be pounded out by the Volvo garage, (who replaced the upper strut mount) where it should slide into the spindle freely. Ths suggested low quality parts- which they charged $500 for. I would not recommend bringing a european car here for repair.

You can tell when someone takes pride in their work, and Alex definitely does. The service was fast, communication was solid, and the whole team made the process smooth.
