The hot and sour soup and white rice were fine. The beef was good quality and the string beans were also good quality. My "beef" is not with the beef, but with the sauce and how it was cooked. The garlic sauce was very, very, very sweet, like maple syrup was included or honey. The garlic sauce was not savory or spicy. The sauce was also very, very oily. My stomach is still reeling from it. I think the sushi here is still good, but I probably would not get a Chinese dish again. They tailored them too much for the sweet American palate. Service was great. Remember to tip well.
