The damage made it unsafe to continue driving, but it was a holiday weekend and couldn't get in touch with any open mechanics nearby to help. Jorge at O'Reilly was a lifesaver. He immediately volunteered to help me figure out what I needed to do to reattach the air dam, looked up the broken fasteners, and when it turned out the parts were not in stock, he tested a few other options before ultimately helping me ziptie the airdam as a makeshift solution, which got us to our destination without issue. Jorge went way above and beyond, actually climbing underneath our car to assess the situation and help me reaffix the airdam. Thanks for saving our anniversary trip, Jorge!
