I have had them installed for dozens upon dozens of my customers over the years and these two gentlemen have always accommodated me very quickly with complete customer service. To my surprise I was there picking up a vehicle from one of my customers and I had noticed that they also provided a different service of installing bed covers. I have been in the market for one of these for a couple of months and I was so excited to see it was the brand that I wanted and knowing they could install it and provide me a warranty I was completely ecstatic. I came by one day so they can get the proper measurements of our vehicle they ordered the product had it the next day and then installed at the following day so literally from Wednesday to Friday I was completely taken care of with not one bit of hassle and I was completely satisfied! I had a mishap to the paint on my car when a thin cover sheet of plastic (used by professional painters) intended to protect my automobile from painters over spray, left what can only be describe as "a shadow hologram " on my paint. I was visiting a friend's home at the time of this mishap. It was raining the day my automobile was covered and when the sun came out the next day, the combination of sun, moisture and plastic covering, left behind these markings where the wet plastic baked in the sun. The painters themselves never had seen such a thing. Nothing I tried would remove this "hologram" including car wax, auto car wash soap, a clay product a neighbor tried and even solvents like WD 40 and 3M adhesive remover, as advertised on Youtube. I found the answer, thanks to Fernando who was instrumental in picking the correct product and explained in detail how to best use it. IT WORKED!! I was able to remove the "hologram" that the plastic left stuck to my clear coat without damaging my paint job. I cannot thank Fernando enough for his expertise. I will use this shop for all my detailing questions and purchasing products future forward.

I called the shop explaining my truck was driving incorrectly and something felt off. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to help immediately, the owner told me to bring it back in 5 days because they were "fully booked" and had no time to look at it. Very disappointing experience overall. Poor workmanship, poor customer service, and safety clearly isn't a priority here.

Do not purchase service plan when you purchase your car…read more I paid $2500 for a 5 year service plan... I've had my car for three years and it turns out that I was only allotted six oil changes during that time. The service counter quoted me $174 for my oil change. Quick Math tells me I was ripped off I paid over $2500 for service that would've cost me $1000... I asked to see my contract and it clearly says five years and nowhere does it say in plain English that you are only allotted six. Looking at the contract, it looks like I had 12 oil changes for five years Obviously these guys are snakes and will tell you anything to sell. I'm mad at myself for falling for this scam, but I'm more mad at them for pushing people to buy stuff that is clearly a rip off. Obviously always read the fine print
