If you need dry cleaning done quickly, they are incredibly efficient and the turnaround time is fast. Unfortunately, the customer service is nonexistent. On my first visit, I walked up to the counter with my receipt in hand and the employee just stared at the screen without saying a word. No greeting, no "can I help you," nothing. After standing there awkwardly for a while, I finally asked if he needed my receipt. Only then did he ask for my phone number to look up my order. It was a pretty ridiculous interaction. Another downside is parking. The lot gets very busy and congested, especially during rush hour, which makes getting in and out more frustrating than it needs to be. Basically, if you're looking for fast dry cleaning and don't care about service, ZIPS gets the job done. Just avoid peak hours if at all possible.

If you've been there before, drop-off is quick since your info is already in their system, and the turnaround time is pleasantly fast which is a huge bonus. There's not much (or any, really) in the way of personalized customer service, but if you're just looking for an efficient, dry cleaning only experience, this place works.
