I came here having my Subaru CrossTrek being its in the same plaza. Even though I decided to bring it here, I'm now told they can't give me the paperwork because of legal reasons and they don't want to go to court. But even if I go to court and I bring the business - even with my insurance and the claim number - wouldn't they still have to do it? Make it make sense. Chris Crowley was the one to tell me this.. Just last week they told me to come drive it home, but when I arrived, I'm told it's not drivable and they sent me away with no way to get home. Luckily the girl at the Hyundai Dealership used Lyft to get me home. These guys are a piece of work. SMH I'm already dealing with a lot for the car lot selling me a car like this. And now they making things worse for me If I do keep this vehicle and have it fixed I'll take it to Autonation Collision Center and pay for it myself read more

Incredibly happy with the staff and service received at King Collision! They repainted our Hyundai, and it looks and smells brand new. Cris communicated with us throughout the process and told us what to expect regarding the price, as well as how long the repair would take. All of the staff were consistently courteous. I even lost my wallet and Cris stayed after hours to give me a chance to look for it. He even followed up a few days later by phone, asking if I had found it. read more

I am not a happy camper with the service I received from King Collision Center. First off, it took 6 months to get my vehicle repaired. Secondly, they did a terrrible job with the outside body work. Pieces are constantly coming off, falling off. It was brought back to New York for additional repairs. As time goes on pieces are coming unhinged, unglued. I personally think they did a horrible job with my vehicle. Even a bolt on my tire was missing. Excuses were constant on a weekly basis. They even took/stole my handicap permit from my front windshield. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! From my personal experience I would not recommend them! read more

Chris Crowley was awesome and took great care of me and my brand new car which got rear ended my very first day stopped at a traffic light! Richard Thomas greeted me with compassion patience and kindness! I had tons of choices of where to bring my 2023 sport sonata sedan as the other party's insurance company took care of the bill I decided to go to king collision in coconut creek and I'm glad I did ! I just wanted to thank Richard at King Collision who was in charge of my son's repair. King Collision's techs did an excellent job on his 2016 fiesta. Their work was quality and within a reasonable time period. The car looked like new and they also tried to fix something totally unrelated to the incident and we really appreciated that. The car was cleaned thoroughly inside and out as well... it was pretty messy when they got it.. We need to return for a minor taillight bulb fix, but other than that, we were extremely impressed by their extra efforts. I would recommend and reassure whoever needs body work done here , to rest assured they will pay attention to detail. read more

Furthermore, a couple years later I was broadsided by an elderly lady and she smashed my 2013 SS.... back to Rebecca at king collision I went. I don't know about he other reviews. But.... got into a fender bender the day before I was leaving the country. Brad was amazing. Took care of everything. Answered my emails within minutes (literally). He was cooperative and understanding. Picked up car today. Everything fixed perfect. And they even buffed some scratches off. my Genesis G80 got scratched up in a parking lot Called King Collision, they assured me a rep would have time to work up a quote right away. Arrived, was greeted by Chris Crowley, who promptly came out to see the damage. Chris informed me that this was quite minor. He went back inside for a cloth and some sort cleanser liquid. Spent a few minutes wiping, all gone except for scratch. No need to worry about rust, the fender is made of plastic, Chris informed. I offered to tip him 20 bucks, Chris refused. I am blown away with his service and honesty. They have earned my business and confidence. read more

If I could give Zero stars, I would. For starters, the other review is spot on: the main rep, JC, is a compulsive liar. Plain and simple. He lies about everything, even return phone calls. And that's all you really need to know when it comes to auto repair: if the shop or workers are dishonest, AVOID like the plague or you will be sorry on all accounts. But I'll expand beyond the lies. This place is the regional repair center for Allstate customers if they have an accident. But JC will flat-out tell you: "we don't even want to deal with insurance repairs, we just do this as a favor." Their favors? Lies about what needs repairing, shoddy work on repairs, overcharging on repairs, and, in my case, purposeful damage out of spite. They had my car for 4 weeks, and I got it back with masking tape holding my bumper on. But I was told "everything looks and runs great". Which is weird, because my car stalled 4 times in 5 blocks on the first run. We made JC come back for the car and asked a simple question: "would you let your daughter drive in that car?". His answer was "no". But why not, JC? "Everything looks and runs great"! So, he'll return you a car he won't let his daughter drive cause he knows it's a danger, but he'll tell you everything's ok and put you in danger just fine. They'll lie to you, they'll gouge you, they'll screw up the work, and then they'll put your life in danger while sending you on your way. If that's a "favor", I'll pass. I lease a car through Hyundai in Coconut Creek and went to Kings Auto after a collision . You can not find a more professional and honest guy than JC . I was involved in my first car accident at 55 (believe it or not), and he made the process much less stressful than I anticipated, handled everything from A through Z with insurance, rent a car, .. Like other have stated if I could have rated them at 0 stars I would've. Jc is most definitely a liar, never returning phone calls. When I actually showed up he was leaving for lunch and told me to come back in one hour, he was clearly annoyed to have to talk to me and peeled out of the parking lot screeching his tires. I only dealt with him because my first rep would never even be there or return my calls either. The manager Bryan said he would review the security video to see how he peeled out. They had my SUV for a month and didn't fix it right, it came out with overspray everywhere and and bubbling all over the paint. The bumper was not attached properly, the hood was not aligned with the grill and parts were still broken on the steering wheel from airbag deployment and they never fixed them. Unfortunately I had to leave my SUV there again to be fixed properly, it has been over a month and nothing has been done to it. Every time I go or call there is an excuse. No one there gives a crap about their customers. Please stay away from this place. Richard my service rep, would never return my call whenever I actually got him on the phone he would always lie to me and tell me the car would be done by the end of the week (4 weeks straight). Today is a Friday, yet another end of week and after having gone to the shop 3 days in a row it is still like I left it a month ago. In one month's time they have only managed to order a replacement bumper. I only went to the shop because it was at the dealership I bought the car from but it is clear they don't care about customer satisfaction nor doing quality work. read more
