One fellow inmate was left in the holding cells over 24 hours they just forgot about him or something. When I was supposed to be released they got me mixed up and brought me to the waiting room to see a Judge, then they realized I was in the wrong room and the took me to release. Then during release it was shift change so they already had like 12 of us in the waiting room to leave dressed in our civilian clothes but would not let us leave because someone had to sign off on us leaving. The Jail was filthy in comparison to other I have been in, the CO's were abrasive unhelpful and unwilling to answer questions. Forms to make request were not stocked and writing utensils were not made available to fill them out. Vegetarian options were offered for food and sleeping quarters were cramped/ poor implimentation of bed placement. Beds are just part of the building no cushion other than your pillow and blanket.

The parking garage is easy to navigate, there is an amazing sculptural piece outside the glassed eastern lobby wall, and the interior itself is open and inviting. There is a manned customer service desk which I really liked (these are a dying breed in many City halls, as many municipalities have cut these employees and services, due to budget cuts). I was transfixed by the travertine floor which is inlaid with a variety of multi-shaped materials in various images. There is clear signage where to get various licences and do various municipal businesses. There is a lovely cafe/coffee stand in the lobby, and it seemed to be a popular place. The only reason I did not assign 5 stars to this beautiful facility is because of the parking charges. Thankfully, they will validate your parking if you are there on any official City business or if you are attending a City meeting there. A voice came out of their intercom box to tell me they couldn't look that information up. Perhaps sending confirmatory emails upon ic3 filing with an alphanumeric tracking code would allow a citizen to follow up quickly with the FBI. Many local police are directing citizens to the FBI rather than issuing police reports, investigating, or enforcing any cyber security, cyber harassment, cryptojacking, or harassment by technology laws needed to immediately, efficiently, effectively protect people. The police have a duty to protect people, not pass on the handling of a case because they don't want something hard, complicated, or too technical. Many of the officers are incorrectly telling citizens that such cases aren't police work, but are federal. This is wrong. The FBI needs a different method for the intake of these cases as the automated intake complaint system isn't responsive.

BOA unlawfully withheld access to all of my money, for almost 2 weeks. FBI Buffalo agents were USELESS. You did too many transactions at once? Actually, BOA did the illegal transaction and I just tried to get the rest of my money out of their bank. Under the Electronic Federal Transfer Act, BOA broke about a dozen laws, but FBI Buffalo wouldn't do anything. I notice their Google reviews have been shut down so nobody can out them publicly for their actions. This is what corruption looks like, when those who are supposed to protect you only want to protect themselves, from public exposure and having to actually file a police report.
