Cody has a rare talent: he makes you feel like a VIP even when your budget says otherwise. I enjoy paying under $500 for a suit while being treated like I'm shopping for a $3,000 custom masterpiece. That's been my Men's Wearhouse experience, and it's exactly why I keep coming back. As for negatives, I almost didn't have any. Almost. First, the exterior glass windows and doors are begging for a good cleaning. They've seen things. Second, if someone buys a complete suit, maybe don't nickel-and-dime them for a $3 suit carrier. Jelani told me that he had forgotten about me and was glad that I showed up to pick up the pants. They were the wrong length that I ordered and Jelani told me that I can get them altered with his tailor at a different location. I took the jeans and left. After a few days, I brought them back and returned them because I didn't want to have jeans altered after paying about $250 for them. About 30 minutes after I left the store I received a call from Jelani and the voicemail message is attached. Very odd call and disappointing since I've shopped there for several years. I will follow Jani's recommendation and never shop there again and I would recommend to everyone to do the same. "Hey Carlos is Jelani Martinez from Sartorio Inc.
