The exemption on what can be used with the coupons is not a good experience either. I know softlines has a lot of mark up, the ones in charge need to understand how to drive foot traffic. And it was open at 8am!!! I had seen progress with the renovations but did not know the store had opened yet until I saw it. After speaking with an associate I learned that the store had its official Grand Opening on September 10, 2021. Moving from Tampa I have been to Burlington Coat Factory stores, as there are several in the area. In the past I have found cute items or shoes or various clothing or accessories for myself, my husband, or little. The store also has home decor in addition to clothing, shoes, and accessories. Burlington Coat Factory stores are also a great place to go for coats (obviously) but there is so much more. I was very impressed with the layout of the store as well as the cleanliness and organization. The shoe section had a great amount of variety. I ended up scoring my mini some shoes she had been wanting at a small fraction of the MSRP. I consider that a win. The sales associates were very pleasant and cordial. I will continue to visit and peruse items when in the area.
