I never had a response from whomever I sent the email to nor the store manager at Westmoreland Mall. Everything was amazing. The pretzels were all well salted, cooked, and presented. The delivery was smooth. I would definitely recommend them for catering. I then went downtown that weekend with friends to grab some other items fresh from the store. DON'T SLEEP ON THEM... no but literally.... If you come down in the afternoon, there will not be any choices. We got there at 3:30 and there were only five pretzels (not five types, but only five pretzels). They make it fresh and it sells. Only issue is that their store is not a place to eat. They only have two small counters against the front windows, and when people are entering and exiting, the door is almost a weapon to people trying to eat inside. But honestly, just get it to go and eat it at home.
