More whip cream than coffee COME ON

So bad my croissant tasted like sawdust and cardboard. The coffee tasted grilled if you know what I mean. Food was borderline inedible. Spare yourself before going here.

Super cute café in Clarion! CASH only - no cards. I researched coffee shops in the area and this was definitely first on my radar. Any variation of hot or cold beverages and very charming inside. Fast and friendly service too. There was ice cream behind the counter and cookies available for purchase too. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it was delicious.

What a hidden gem. Came into town for the weekend for a wedding and was looking for a little cafe for breakfast and coffee. Everything else in the area is fast food so I was excited when I found this place. It's right downtown and was easy to get to. It was so cute and charming - the interior ceilings, walls, and fixtures look like restored/maintained originals. People pay lots of money for that look! Maybe it was an old soda fountain or something in a past life. The food was delicious and so was the coffee (and I'm from NYC so I'm a bit spoiled). The ladies at the front were friendly and sweet. I'd highly recommend.

Coffee and WiFi on a rainy afternoon with the hubbs.

My husband and I were recently road-tripping in the Clarion area and spent a rainy afternoon at Michelle's Cafe to enjoy some caffeine and free WiFi. My husband brought his laptop to do some work and had no issue connecting to the strong WiFi, with the password conveniently posted at the counter. The cafe menu is a typical coffeehouse assortment of coffee drinks like cappuccino and lattes, both hot or iced, as well as some blended frozen drinks. There is also a limited food menu with mainly bagels, sandwiches and pastries. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. There were a few other people on laptops, some people visiting, some people reading, a chill place to work or relax. It was a light crowd when we were in, which was after Clarion University had already wrapped on the semester. It seems like a cool hangout for college kids, so I imagine it does get busier when school is in session. The service was friendly and the prices were reasonable. When we are back in the Clarion area, we would stop in to enjoy Michelle's again!

This place is so cute and comfy..... the chic cov strawberry coffee is so good and the bagel sandwich is tasty really fresh delish bagels...really cute coffee shop with a nice atmosphere and nice setup... they sell bags of their blend to go and many different flavors... I'm not a coffee snob but i def like this place very cool place

Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel Sandwich - much like the old Wendy's commercials, where's the egg?!!!!

Americano was fine. Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel - skip, tasted like one from Dunkin Donuts but only had 2 small strips of baked egg, 1 for each half of the bagel and was entirely too small for each half. Very underwhelming

My experience with Bagels hails back to the old H&H on the West Side of Manhattan on Broadway. They had a world-class shipping business which the owner squandered with drugs and tax evasion. What a pity. My second favorite place in New York is Best Bagels and Coffee in Hells kitchen. Fantastic. So here I find myself moving to the Pittsburgh area and wondering if these people know anything about Bagels. I visited a place called Pigeon Bagels. The lines were down the block on a Sunday morning for that place. The bagels were just ok. They were not super bagels like New York City. They were certainly not worth waiting a half an hour to get a dozen bagels that were just ok. So I had my son bring out five dozen bagels from New Jersey the other day. That'll hold me over. Doing my Bagel surveillance, I found out there was a place in Butler that claimed to have New Jersey bagels. This morning I checked it out with very little hope of believing the hype. I had an everything bagel with lox and cream cheese, onion, and tomato. My wife tried the blueberry bagel. To my utter surprise, the sandwich was really good! If you look at my other reviews, you'll see I can be brutal when it comes to reviewing Bagels. As someone who used to live in New Jersey and who used to frequent H&H bagels, having lived in Manhattan, this baby is the real deal. The real McCoy. The genuine article. You get my point. I'll be coming to Downtown Bagels often. The price for the individual bagels are on the high side by over a dollar, but the sandwich prices are very reasonable. I'm going to give this place two thumbs up.

Mind you they ran out one hour and fifty two minutes before closing on a Saturday. This is not a new business nor a fluke. I have previously experienced and heard customers complain about the slim pickings to choose from and low quantities of those bagels still available. They call themselves a bagel shop? Maybe they'd do better if they forget about selling bagels and sell gasoline instead. Less chance of running out and more happy customers likely even its over four dollars a gallon. Won't be back.

For those of you looking for a true, authentic, hole-in-the-wall bagel shop, look no further…read morebecause "JT's Bagels" will absolutely have you covered. I've eaten at bagel shops when visiting New York City and I've got to tell you, JT's Bagels are as close as you get with absolutely amazing service. Located directly on E. Main Rd. in the small community of Conneaut, this family owned and operated business has been in operation since around 2016. It is on the most easternmost point of Ohio before you hit the Pennsylvania border which is why quite a few people come here traveling from the I-90 highway. As far as the exterior, they do have a fairly decent sized parking lot. I also wanted to point out that they're opened for business 7 days a week; Monday through Saturday from 5:30am-2:00pm and Sunday from 7:00am-2:00pm. This is great for those early birds that wish to get their bagel fix bright and early and well before the crack of dawn. The interior is also quite charming with a few tables for dining in, a neat little display area, and large glass displays showcasing their vast amount selection of bagels. Since I was in the mood for a yummy breakfast bagel, I decided to go with their "Bacon, Egg, & Cheese" bagel (for $6.00) on a cheese flavored bagel. Since it was only a five-minute drive from the Airbnb that I was staying at, I decided to order this to-go. Once arriving at my Airbnb, I was immediately sold with how thick and soft the bagel was. One bite of this and I was absolutely sold. It packed so much denseness while being flavorful, spongy, and a nice chewy texture to it; just the way a bagel should be made. They also included a fluffy scrambled egg and two strips of smoked bacon which perfected this sandwich. I've got to say, their selection is quite impressive with over a dozen bagel varieties as well as over a dozen cream cheese selections. They even carry muffins, bagel chips, Danishes, and regular house coffee. And if you decide to come here for lunch, they have a respectable amount of salads and sandwiches, including "Club", "BLT", Chicken Salad", "Egg Salad", and much more. All in all, "JT's Bagels" is as good as it gets when it comes to an authentic bagel shop. And you don't even need to take a subway or taxi to get here. Hats off to the staff for amazing service, very decent prices, and some of the tastiest bagels in all of Ohio. My rating, a unanimous five stars.
