Everything was made fresh in-house and tasted delicious. I love that they also have the mystery bags which they do not tell you what flavors are inside, a fun little gimmick for this place. It's pricey, for what you get, but for a treat in a 'Parlor' it was ok. Also, they don't offer anything for a birthday.
