I received the quote in a timely manner and called them back to make the proceed. Speaking to accounting/ customer service, I provided my credit card information to the representative over the phone. She confirmed she had all the info need to process the transaction. Not even two min later I get a call back from her saying that my Credit card zip code is incorrect.. I literally spent 5 mins telling her that's the right zipCode. However she wanted to argue with me and tell me her systems tells her otherwise. What company is going to argue with the customer who's trying to make a purchase?? Really.. I told her she need to talk to someone because all information is right..
