Few days ago I Reached out to More Prepared to get a quote for severaemergency preparedness kits I was looking to purchase. I received the quote in a timely manner and called them back to make the proceed. Speaking to accounting/ customer service, I provided my credit card information to the representative over the phone. She confirmed she had all the info need to process the transaction. Not even two min later I get a call back from her saying that my Credit card zip code is incorrect.. I literally spent 5 mins telling her that's the right zipCode. However she wanted to argue with me and tell me her systems tells her otherwise. What company is going to argue with the customer who's trying to make a purchase?? Really.. I told her she need to talk to someone because all information is right.. Few hrs later I get the email confirmation and paid receipt for products. You would think everything is good now right? Wrong I get another email saying they don't have shipping address originally given. Provided addresses again.. ok we should be good now.. Wrong again.. get another call few days later oh by the way we need to include taxes for products purchased. Wow very unorganized company that doesnt even know how to bill customers correctly. To make matters worse the representative that called had an attitude to boot. I definitely will NEVER be doing business with them again. And, you actually get to talk to a live person. Not only are they quick to fill prescriptions, if they don't have it they will go out of their way to get you what you need or offer alternative recommendations, and they did just that today. They will also deliver if needed. Who does that anymore except for those that truly value their customers. Unfortunately, I have to take a lot of medications now. I don't know why I didn't do this before, but after the help I received today I am transferring all my prescription needs (and my wife's) to this pharmacy.
