I received the lowest quality acrylic refill I have ever gotten here. The acrylic was applied in a rush and was very uneven and lumpy. When I brought it to the attention of the checkout staff, I was met with nasty looks and responded to as if they didn't see what I was seeing. It doesn't help that this place charges more than most salons and markets itself as a more upscale place. Very poor job. read more

My $45 pedicure with hot rocks and basic manicure were good, but the eyebrow waxing was disappointing. Since I wear glasses, I don't see well without them, and I didn't think to put them on when she handed me the mirror. When I got home and checked in my magnifying mirror, I had to pluck my eyebrows myself. Part of this is on me for not checking more closely at the salon, but at the same time, it shouldn't be my responsibility to fix the job afterward. She used tweezers but only plucked a couple of hairs--there wasn't the attention to detail I expected. I'll go again, but next time, I'll make sure to inspect the results more carefully before leaving. As a paying customer, though, I shouldn't have to do that. I normally come during the week because it's quick and easy to get in and out. But today (8/16/25) was unacceptable. I came in for a manicure, asked for my usual two technicians, and when they weren't available, I clearly told the receptionist I'd see anyone. Instead, I watched seven people who arrived after me get seated before I was. When I questioned it, the gentleman acted confused, even though he had already confirmed he understood I was fine seeing anyone. This was a complete waste of my time and extremely unprofessional. I like the attentiveness I receive. Only thing I didn't like was when I asked for someone to wax my eyebrows, the male receptionist told me they didn't have anyone, and I asked my nail tech before I left, and she got someone to do it, rather than me "coming back later". read more

I wanted to like this place so much I gave them two tries. I'll start by saying that the place is very clean, brand new, and the staff have all been very friendly. My favorite thing is the drink menu they provide and their frozen margarita. First time I went, I asked for nails to be more on the shorter side for my job. The guy who did them left them super long. I told him again that I would like them shorter and he said that once he filed and shaped them, they would be shorter... guess what? They were not. I didn't want to complain and just let it be. My pedicure was nothing special and the foot massage (THE WHOLE REASON I PAY FOR A PEDICURE) was meh. Lasted maybe 5min and was definitely not what I was looking forward to. I did pay for one of the deluxe pedicures where the massage is advertised btw. They also prefer you pay cash and have a point/reward system which I thought was cool. For a full set and a deluxe pedicure it was $100 even before tip. I thought this was a great price. My second try I decided to get my acrylics removed and go for the shorter nail look I originally wanted. I brought a picture (included in review) and was trying to select the colors closest to it. Everyone comes to try to help and they all chose colors that were way off. I must've said "that's too dark" about 3 times. I had no problem looking for the color myself if they would just be patient. Finally, I gave one of the colors a chance. The nail tech did not ask me if I liked the color until she had finished my entire hand and I wasn't going to make her re-do it but the color was way too dark. The foot massage was also not what I was expecting and again lasted only 5min tops. When checking out it came to $101 which I thought was odd because I chose a cheaper pedicure and did not get acrylics this time. I asked for a receipt and they said because I paid cash, they couldn't give me one (wtf?). Then I asked for a to-go pamphlet with pricing and turns out they don't have one. I flat out asked where were the prices and they responded with "they're online". I checked before going and they are NOT online which I let them know. They acted confused and the chick on the phone answered that the acrylic removal was extra. Understandable, but HOW MUCH??? They would not give me pricing which is super suspicious. I gave cash tip and the my nail tech was right there but I did not see them give her the tip. This place was so close to me but sadly both experiences were disappointing. Their prices are way too high they don't do a good job and the fingernails do not last long at all. Went back in and get my nails trimmed down and she charged me $30 just a trim them down. Wanted an additional extra for them to put the designs back on them which was a simple blood dripping I would not come back here there are way too high and there's way more better salons out there read more

Clean and comfortable atmosphere, friendly employees, but the service doesn't match the price. Cheapest pedicure is $35 and she BARELY TOUCHED MY FEET. It was pretty much a polish change, and that's it. I have a lot of dead skin on my toes, and none of it was removed. I can still feel it, and it's very visible (especially around my toes). I've never spent $80 on French tip nails...my tech was obviously sick and kept sneezing the whole process. I was in there for an hour and a half that's the quickest I've ever been in for a full set and removal!!! Seriously! My nails were better before I went in to get them done. I think this girl is just practicing. She cut my nails way too short because she broke it, refused to fill them so they made me get a new set. None of the nails are even, she didn't know how to use the dipping powder , and someone had to come over and finish it for her and all she had to do was put a topcoat on, and she missed the last nail. I go up to the counter she tells me $55 she asked about a tip I gave her five dollars anyway and then she charged me a total of $70. $55 +5 is not 70! I had coupons from their grand opening and left them on the counter because I am never going back!!! now tomorrow I got to go get them redone and probably have to put tips on them because she ruined my real nails! read more
