if it was possible to write with no stars it would be done. I went there and saw four different people the first one cut my hair uneven the second one cut my hair with unwanted layers and the third one an older woman with the red hair V gouged my hair that was down to my waist causing a re-cut by another salon 4 inches off Lisa the haughty woman at the front is rude, very judgmental if you don't agree to the upgrade. I do not believe the other positive reviews are real I would not recommend this place. read more

I'm new to the area and needed to find a salon for a much needed haircut. My hair doesn't require much, however, I wanted to find somewhere with reputable and quality professionals. I do believe I have found it here. As soon as you walk in the place is beautiful and very welcoming. Lots of workers who seem to take a lot of pride in the work they're doing and the cleanliness they keep. The hair wash/massage was so relaxing. For my curly girls: Tatiana worked that magic on my hair. I came in for a trim and style, she was very patient and asked questions before taking length off.Her conversation is comfortable and her skills are off the chain. She offered to blow dry, curl with iron or style natural, I went for natural. I am in the process of learning how to care for my curls better and she gave me so many great tips, walked me through all the steps. Showed me which products work best, I love the Mizani line. She even finger coiled my hair which is above and beyond than what I'm used to at the salon. I think this is the curliest my hair has ever looked. She just did such a great job. This is my 2nd visit with Mykayla and she did root touch up, cover my gray (ugh), deep conditioning for my frizzies, cut, and brow wax. I again enjoyed my time with her today- she is so personable, super friendly and very knowledgeable. She turned my hair from blah to wow! Never had deep conditioning until today and now it's definitely gonna be added every time I visit. I just love how soft and healthy my hair feels right now. The blowout she did was perfection! MADISON is the absolute best. With never having my hair cut, I finally made the decision in March after finding Madi's bio & I am so glad that I did! She made me feel so comfortable & listened to everything that I wanted. I walked out feeling the prettiest I've ever felt. Last week, I finally colored my hair for the first time with Madison, she walked me through the entire process. She recommended the Redkin Purple shampoo & conditioner products which I immediately purchased after. All in all, she did absolutely amazing. I've been seeing Mikayala Trevino for about a year now. She's been great. Yesterday I surprised her by bringing ging in a picture of a new cut I wanted to try. She knocked it out of the park. LOVE my hair!! Shey is excellent and always gets my cut perfect every time! I love that they offer free cuts on bangs just in case I need a touch-up before I need a full cut and highlight. Just had a recent hair appointment with Allison. She really has been amazing since the first time I had an appointment with her in December. Back in December on the morning Company Christmas party I called to see if anyone could squeeze me in and luckily there was a cancellation for Allison so I was able to make an appointment with her. When I got there, She advised me how much time she had, and asked what services I needed I had Previously had highlights and my money. I asked her if she had time to just update my money pieces and she said she did and ended up going above and beyond in highlighting the mohawk section of my hair just to do a refresh. Within 3 to 4 hours I left the salon, feeling amazing and heading out to get ready for my Christmas party which I got so many compliments regarding my hair. Before leaving I scheduled a six week follow up so that brings us to February's appointment. I had a 6 o'clock appointment on Tuesday. After an emergency at work where I had to stay later, they gave me a call and advise me that she would still take me even though I was going to be a little late. As soon as I got there She was waiting for me at the front and got me Chair. I told her I just wanted to trim my hair because I knew I was late however, she said if I wanted to we could still do a highlight touchup. again, did an amazing job and gave me the brightness that I wanted along with an amazing haircut. I have had some really bad haircuts in my day so it's hard for me to trust just anyone with my hair, but since the beginning she has been great, and always asking me what I wanna do, as well as being confident in what she is doing. That puts my mind at ease when going to hairstylist I like what I like but I want them to look good for me as well. Before the end of the appointment we were already planning what my style would be. DAMAGED HAIR! I had made a post about my before and after pictures on social media. I had more than one bad experience. I personally found out that this place doesn't want any client to post about their personal experience/results unless it's good. I got harassed by an employee (via text message) about me "telling lies about this business." My post was strictly how horrible of a job they did, so I felt it was nesessary to post my experience. As I would with ANY business ! My hair was so terrible the next step would have been to chop it off. read more

I typically go to the same salon and have for years but, with the Pandemic, my short and perky hairstyle had REALLY grown out. I decided it was time to try somewhere different and was looking for a well qualified and artistic "stylist", not just another "hair dresser". With the salon manager's assistance (Lisa), I was directed to Chloe. She listened well and did a great job in helping achieve what I see as an "in between" cut. She used several techniques to thin out the bulk of my hair (I am blessed to have thick hair) and it feels/looks great. Her assistant, Lexi, was sweet and did a great job waxing my brows before I left. I plan to go back and probably switch to a different look or cut altogehter - I'm confident that Chloe will be the ideal stylist for the job. read more

I made an appointment for a cut and highlights with no consultation for 3pm. Showed up a minute late, and was promptly seated by Allison. She was fantastic! I had probably a hundred pictures on Pinterest all slightly different, (are they curtain bangs or something else?) I don't speak the lingo, and somehow she was able to tease out exactly what I was asking for. Thank you Alison for knowing exactly what "a longish angled bob (but not "Karen angled") with lots of layers and kind of curtainey fringey bangs and highlights that look natural but also noticeable and also please thin it a lot because it's so hot" meant! Tatiana did and AMAZING job! I highly recommend her! I impulse box dried my hair in November. I was told by other salons that My highlights would be orange. One session and they're perfect and my hair isn't damaged. I also love this salon, my babysitter fell through an hour before my appointment. When I called to reschedule, they said "bring her!". They went above and beyond to make sure my 4 year old was comfortable. My 4 year old was very well behaved the whole time (almost 4 hours), because they made sure she was comfortable. 5 out of 5 would recommend!! :) read more
