I was seated immediately but my nails were not started until about 6:30pm or later. I was asked if I wanted a drink so I chose a mimosa but I took about two sips of it because I realized it was not a real mimosa. It tasted like the juice used in it was sunny d which was very off putting. Probably the most underwhelming mimosa I've ever had. Anyway, the lady who did my nails was Jackie. She was SO sweet and attentive. That's not the type of energy i usually encounter at nail shops so she was the best part of my visit. I did not leave until a little after 8pm (the shop closes at 7). But she did a great job on my nails. I am a little disappointed that my nails do not look exactly like the inspo pic that I showed her but she did a really good job as far as the design and shape of the nails goes. Not too thick and every nail is shaped perfectly and the same length so I'm glad about that. I can say that I may be back some day but this nail shop would not be my first choice.

We made a reservation and arrived to a small house. The husband and wife who own it and work there were very nice. However, they only offer one pedicure and it is $75, if you want shellac it is $25 more. They try to justify their high price to you the entire time by trying to educate you about your feet and why you shouldn't let other salons do things they do. I don't mind being explained once but I felt like I was being scolded and lectured the entire time. I finally had to tell them I was tired and just wanted to relax.

It was hard to get comfy and have good posture at the same time, so I couldn't. My low back wasn't flush against the back of the chair and I tried many different positions. For me sitting with a straight back is what I need. (when you have chronic low back pain the poofy cushion chair wasn't for me) but other than that, it was a nice experience.
