The job done by the guys outside actually cleaning the car was awesome, however... We'll never go back. The cashier/inside staff is just dishonest and rude. We went in on a Wednesday, and they have a sign out front that it's "Ladies Day" so it's $10 off a Deluxe wash. Since my husband was with me she wouldn't give me that price. The sign also says there's $5 off the Deluxe on weekdays, she also wouldn't give me that discount since it was a "holiday and it says so on the sign out front"... First off it's not a holiday, second, the sign doesn't say that. I had my son with me and wasn't going to get nasty in front of him or waste time arguing with a dishonest person. She wasn't worth my time. I hope the $5/$10 discount she wouldn't give me was worth losing our business. Never once had a problem with KOQ. They are beyond generous, warm and very courteous. I paid the $46 (I think...been awhile since I last went). And I got exactly what I paid for. Car wash, vaccum, wax, inside of my car windows cleaned, etc etc. They do an amazing job. My input...if you pay $6 for something at all, it's not going to be the greatest. Went for $5.99 wash and go as advertised on sign out front. Have a van so knew it would be $3 extra. Went to counter was told it was $13 because I chose the wipe down option. I had not and no one wiped my van down. Van was not very clean when done. Won't be back. read more

I went to King of Clean on a Thursday. There was a special for $30 deluxe which is usually $35. It's a good amount of money so I asked what they do and how long it would take. My car was dirty from the winter. I agreed and sat to read my book when 15 minutes later my car was done. I was so disappointed. It looks like I quickly cleaned it, not professional done. It was worth maybe $5-10 wash. Dirty cup holders, dash and the scuff marks on my car are still there, shiny now but there. I'll never go back there. read more

Owner Sebastian is rude. This guy could care less about your business. His Car wash has weird rules such as they won't give chg to tip attendants. I wanted to tip the guy who worked on my car, first I asked if I could add 5 bucks to credit card to get back. Was told no, he grunted towards the ATM which chg"d a high fee and which ended up being broke. Didn't want to stiff attendant so I walked down rd to another ATM to get cash. Extremely dishonest and poorly run establishment!!! They backed my bumper on my 2011 Jetta and would not own up to it. Filed a police report but I couldn't prove it was damaged before it went through....which is clearly was not!! Please tat away from this shady place. I hope they go out of business!!!!! read more

The looooooongest time to was my car ever and I have tried several times even when it's slow they take forever

Everything here is on the up and up, car wash is good and the guys in the lot are meticulous, at least the ones I have gotten. The problem with this place is there are not enough people working. They need two people in the back, a driver in the front that can drive stick and at least 10 guys out front not 5. Currently the line for the wipe down and vacuum is 15 deep. More guys need to be hired to keep up. read more

Will never go back. I go there every other week to get my car washed and spend $20.99 on a deluxe wash. I tip every time and tip well. This time I was in rush, and did not have cash on me. After I got my car back I told the attendant that I'm sorry I'll get you next. time. He gives me an attitude and says "You know it's customary to tip" Are you kidding me? You did your job, congrats. Rolled in with a week old car, got it back with scratches all over the car in the top coat. Asked for the owner, he came out and immediately said "nope, not us". The car was pristine before I rolled it in so he was basically calling me a liar. He flatly said it wasn't his problem. Not even an offer to try and buff it out to make me happy. I paid the base price of $6.00 and got a car wash I could have done with my garden hose. When I pointed out to the attendant that my car was not clean, he shrugged his shoulders and said that the first attendant had not done a good enough job "brushing" my car. Given the strong odor of BO inside, I decided not to argue it further. To be fair, I should say that the owners are of southeast asian descent, and I understand they don't bathe much. This place is an absolute joke. The reason I even came here in the first place was because Blue Point was closed. I pulled in and there was 1 man waiting for cars. It was a ghost town. The guy asked what wash I wanted and I selected the $22 deluxe wash which includes windows, shampooed mats, tire dressing, etc. My car came out of the wash and it was just sitting there without anyone coming over to take it into the lot for drying. I waited a few minutes and eventually had to walk up to one of the guys to ask if he was going to take it into the lot. He finally did and after he parked it in the lot, this tiny immigrant woman comes out and washed my car at a snail's pace. It took her so long that there were water spots already dried up before she even got to them. I could still see dirt and other marks that never washed off. It's a half-assed job. I looked over and suddenly a cop car pulled in. A guy there called the cops because they scratched his car and refused to accept responsibility. This place is a NIGHTMARE. They have these tiny old shop vacs they use to clean the interior and the lady got spray all over my leather seat dripping. I made her wipe it up. I have a BMW, so I will never ever ever ever be back. I am in absolute shock that a place like this can even exist. It's so bad it really makes you wonder how they can stay in business. It's more realistic as an SNL skit than as a legit car wash. Anyone who wants a real thorough car wash that isn't shady and really does the job well, go to Blue Point Car Wash, a mere 5 minutes west down Montauk Highway. read more

I think this place might be under new ownership or maybe he tried to hustle me beacuse of my age but they tried to charge me $97 for hand wax and armour all inside that is ridiculous i have done that in many other places for 55 60 i told them i do not the hand wax he gave me a nasty attitude and procedded to charge me 23 for deluxe wash they left my carpets even more dirtier then it was when i dropped of my car, the inside was horribley cleaned never again returning to this place read more

Stay away from this place. A total waste of money and time. Went there on a whim and got a jerk job !!! An extra $3 for a mini van? Also they have the nerve to charge to dry the vehicle??? Just wanted an exterior wash, they charge $3 for a "oversized" vehicle., then want to charge me extra to dry it??? Are you kidding me?? Besides that the van NEVER looked like it had gone through a car wash!! I should never have tried them. From now on I stick with The Holbrook Car Wash on Vets Highway!
