I only went here once and I'm not really sure if I would be back. I got the "midtown" package which was $18. I'm not sure how when you go through it "knows" which package you have as there are two lines and each package contains different types of add-ons for your clean. The person to the right let me go ahead, so who's to say I didn't get their package of choice and vice versa ? I also don't think the employees that were towel drying put it any effort. My car was still wet. Also, using the same towels to towel dry is not efficient as the towels soak up water. Eh. Wasted $18 read more

I feel like you get what you pay for here. 20 a month to go unlimited car wash is not bad. Even if it's not perfect. I'll in and out in under 15 minutes. I vaccine my car out quick and keep a few micro fiber cloths in the car for when it's done to get the spots that an automated car wash would normally miss. I was disappointed with the car wash: I purchased the most expensive one and my car still wasn't clean. I had my car cleaned about 2 weeks before at another car wash, so my car wasn't filthy. The employees that toweled dried my car gave it no effort. The cashier that took my cash, I believe he said he was the owner? he wanted to sell me a membership and I declined it. I was short charged $4 and didn't realize it and I am guessing he took it for a tip. I never told him to keep it. I wouldn't go back. read more

I recently purchased my truck about a month ago and took a trip to Kentucky, which left the front end covered in bugs. Since it is a newer vehicle, I wanted to give it a thorough cleaning inside and out. I decided to visit Washville and purchased a monthly membership because I plan to keep my truck clean regularly. After going through the wash, I noticed that a lot of the dirt and bugs from my trip were still stuck to the front end, so I spent about an hour wiping down the exterior by hand and giving the interior a detailed cleaning. While I was finishing up, a staff member approached me and said, "I noticed you've been here for a while; we only allow you to use the vacuums in the spots for 10 minutes," and told me I had to leave. I was surprised by this because I was never informed of a time limit when I purchased the membership. Had I known about this policy, I would have chosen a full-service car wash instead. I think it would be helpful if Washville clearly communicated this rule to customers before selling memberships, especially to new members who expect to be able to take their time cleaning their vehicle properly. I gave a 1 star for the friendly guy who helped me initially. read more

I needed a quick exterior wash and decided to give this a try. It actually came out cleaner than other full serve car washes I've been to. There was no streaks on my windows after the two gentleman towel dried my truck. It's definitely worth the price. read more

This place has to be the worst car wash I have ever been to. They pull you in with the cheap membership prices for 3 months. So I went. 2 months pass and the car is filthy every single time I go. Pre soak is only one guy with a power washer and he only does side. Have soap still on the car every time it gets washed. Tire shine is right by the blower which blows all over the car. And the speed the car goes through is extreme due to demand. I really cannot believe people still bring their car here. I wish it was better because it is very convenient. When you pull up to the wash, the person sprays a chemical on the grill, the drivers side wheeis and the back of the vehicle but not the passenger side. What's up with that? The carwash doesn't clean the back of an SUV at all. Leaves soap on vehicle. Not enough rinse water. That's why they have the rag wipers out there so you don't see how bad this place is. I am amazed at how expensive some car washes have become so I was delighted to find " Washville." I was also very disappointed with the car wash that I was using ( there was something that turned me off when one of the attendants blew his nose in the towel, yes you read that correctly. ) This place is reasonable, the young man ( at the front) is helpful and although there is always a line, it moves in an orderly fashion. Everything has increased in price and we are looking for rates that are within our budgets and I think " Washville" is trying to be reasonable while offering quality work. It depends what you're looking for! If you simply want an exterior wash, and the ability to vacuum your car yourself, then this is the place for you. You can park up next to the big vacuums after going through the wash. My opinion after my first experience at this place: It's good for what it is. Fair pricing, and I was able to get a quick wash. And right after the wash you get a quick exterior hand dry by some staff. I hand wiped my tires while parked at the vacuums; the washing machines didn't do a great job on them and they don't get wiped down after. During the summer i joined a promotional wash deal that was exterior only but i felt for the price it was a great deal. How ever, i have made numerous requests to cancel after the promotion was over and now they continue to charge my account against my wishes. Don't go here, they are scam artists! I did the lowest membership of $20 a month unlimited car wash. I didn't notice until a few months that they were overcharging me some months $40. They tell you to submit refunds online and have not answered any of my 4 requests in over a month. I also tried calling them and they never answer and voicemail is full. Absolute rip off! read more

This place was great when they first opened but that has changed drastically not the cheapest game in town and the staff including the manager just don't care. Apparently it's the corporation that have cut back on giving good service. I have three cars signed up for the unlimited but that will soon be zero. To be honest normally I wouldn't bash a business especially in times like this w/Covid. With that being said I tried this car wash 2 weeks ago I was in 05 garage kept crossfire roadster with 13k orig mls on it. I went and paid for the mid grade wash for $16 car came out of the wash was definitely not happy with it came out the canvas top was wet and the wheels still dirty, the body just wasn't as clean as it should've been. Decided to give them another shot yesterday March 21st b4 I went out East to an event at 12 PM it was busy .I explain to the guy in the beginning I was very unhappy with the last time he asked me what wash I did I mention Midtown he told me to upgrade to uptown so I did. So for $22 the top was more soaked then the first time the rims were filthy and the car was hardly dried off. I reached to grab a towel from one of the Spanish gentleman at the end of the car wash and he said I wasn't allowed to use it pointed to the sign and told me there's rules you're not allowed to handle the towels it's for employees only. Meanwhile on Beautiful Day I couldn't put the top down because it was soaking wet and and while I was talking to him some gentleman in a fancy Mercedes walked over to him and hand him two towels back and says thank you amigo and hand him another tip. I also tipped them I guess my tip wasn't big enough for them meanwhile I'm cleaning the inside myself!! When I mentioned to him that the wheels were filthy he walked away from me and started drying off the other car while I was vacuuming my own car for $21. Terrible customer service !! terrible way to run a business & I even called and try to give them a chance to return a call and address my concerns about what happened and they blew off the call twice !! Not sure why some people are giving bad reviews based on the price. They offer memberships (best deal if you go often) or a one-time price. You can cancel anytime u want very easily on their website. Car exterior is perfect everytime. Only reason I'm taking a star away is because of the line. Usually I get lucky and not a long wait, but once the line starts pouring into Montauk hwy, you can be sitting there for upwards of half an hour. For only 15-Bucks I got the bomb. Got rid of all the road salt that would have slowly destroyed my car, on top & underneath. Almost like a Disney E-Ticket ride. Staff was friendly & helpful.
