I don't understand the negative reviews. My car desperately needed a wash as it was super dirty from all the salt and stuff. I got the "FREEDOM WASH & GO" option which cost $10.00. INCLUDES: *SEALER WAX *MACHINE DRY *FREE SELF SERVE VACUUMS And I didn't have to leave my car! I haven't stayed in my car during a car wash since I was a kid. It was fun! My car is now clean and I'm happy. For $10 I got exactly what I wanted. I didn't need "all the bells and whistles" this time. They have other packages that are reasonable in pricing and even offer a yearly plan. This is the only car wash I'm aware of in Patchogue. Definitely give them a try. read more

I don't like to leave bad reviews so it is very rare that I do it. Unfortunately, this was not a great experience. The actual car wash part was fine, however, I tried two different vacuums and neither one had any suction. I wound up having to use my own vacuum and then was like to work. I tried to call them and their number is out of service. read more

Quality of work is shoddy. Workers are rude. They don't even sell air fresheners anymore. Dirty and overpriced. Sadly they are one of the only local full service car washes in Patchogue. read more

Been coming here for a while and only recently an employee (local kid) saw that I was a first responder/military and showed me how to apply a modest discount code...after only using it 2x one of the workers (not a local) saw and notified I guess the owner...he came out and questioned how I did that, I showed him. I asked him was there something wrong with offering a discount to military and first responders, he said no...I mean they have all of the flags flying. I asked him if he was going to remove it. He said no. 3 weeks later, guess what. No more discount for military or first responders...pretty pathetic sir. Take those flags down, you're a poser. read more

I went and paid for the $40 for the "Freedom Complete" wash which was everything inside and out. Vacuum, interior cleaning, etc. when car came out of the wash, they took about 7 minutes to clean tires, vacuum inside of car, clean inside, and wax. Most places take at least half hour. I have residue all over my car and does NOT Look like it was washed at all! Here are some pics of the outside of my car. FYI Receipt Timestamp says 8:08am (I live close by) and I was home and have taken pictures of my car at 8:28am. Keep driving to a different car wash....I dont mind paying $40 for a car wash if my car actually got clean, but it did not, see pictures....plus the interior was barely wiped down, it was almost laughable. They had 1 guy working on each car and it took foreverrrrrr. I wont be going back. read more

Wasn't bad.. could be better. A lot of the self vacuums didn't work, definitely need to work on that.

My car went in for a interior detailing and Freedom did an amazing job. My car needed a lot of detailing since I have a big dog and live a very active life. I requested a quote from freedom and within 20 minutes they answered. They are so very responsive and work hard. I left my car for the day and picked it up looking beautiful. My dog recently got VERY sick in my car. I took the day off of work to get it detailed today and spoke with several locations. While all were nice, Bryan's team at freedom was best for my needs as my dog is still sick and I didn't want to leave him home long. If it weren't COVID I would have hugged the team who cleaned my car!!! It was so awful and smelled terrible. I was actually concerned that I would come back and they would say they weren't able to clean it. My backseat looks like the day I leased the car AND the team was so nice about the mess. I will definitely be back to have my whole car detailed in the spring. Definitely recommend! read more

Just went to them and had a bad experience when the name was Some Guys. My Tire got caught and would not push forward at all. So soap and all I demanded to leave. The workers tried to fix it but I insisted I was in a hurry and didn't have time for a refund. This time was better. I Purchased the $20 Freedom Express wash for the first time and prayed it would work. Low and behold it sent my car through this wonderful Magic show where I got Triple Foam Polish and Vision Clear from Simoniz. If you love car washes like me you need to try this place out. In fact my first car wash I ever went to had the same system. I pray to god that this new owner makes enough to open a second location. There are washes that have been abandoned and I think Freedom should start their own company. Whoever this owner is Clearly he is meant to be here. I would also like to thank this place for keeping all the original equipment but the drying system leaves a bit to be desired. Motor City Wash works makes a Dry N Shine machine that can be installed at the end where all the extra space is. Hope you do some Research into this and make a wise choice. Belanger is amazing and hope more locations open. I even got to vacuum my car afterwards and take a Video of the Air Dancer. Please read the review and see what you think. read more

This place is a joke. $40 for a full wash. Been sitting here over 45 minutes and car is not being touched. Unorganized no direction where to put your car. Have to sit outside in the cold during the winter. Need to revamp your operation. read more

Selected this place to detail my car based upon a prior review with similar experience (dog got sick in car). Bryan was very responsive when I reached out for pricing. Car looked great when done and staff was friendly and courteous. The only thing I wish I had known ahead of time was that they only accept cash - no credit cards. So I just paid for the freedom complete wash , I got nothing lucky I got my truck washed no interior cleaning or anything and I even gave a tip .. so my tip to everyone is keep on driving save your money cuz I just spent $50 to get a exterior wash ..save your money go someplace else ...I gave them one star because I had to in order to leave a review but I wouldn't give them any if I could read more

The worst carwash I ever had.i went Sunday morning when I got home there was soap or wax all over my truck 07 /17 /2022 went back today to get it corrected and all of a sudden nobody can speak English I finally got it washed again and nobody even scrubed it with the broom complete rudeness my truck came out with wax or soap on it again not as much as the first time but if they would have scrubbed it a little instead they acted like I was looking for a free wash I even showed them the residue what a joke go someplace else read more
