When I contacted King Panda's, I needed IMMEDIATE, affordable service. I sent out quotes to multiple companies on Yelp -- King Panda's was the ONLY one who messaged me immediately with a price estimate, didn't ask me to call him or schedule an appointment to "discuss the estimate"; he just told me he could meet me at the house in an hour or the next morning (whichever I preferred), and could have everything in an entire basement and side of my house removed then and there. Let me tell you, in the middle of moving, no one wants to be told to schedule an appointment just to talk about an estimate only to have the possibility of needing to schedule ANOTHER appointment for pickup. Anyway, I asked if they could be there in the next hour and they sure did arrive on time! Gary (the owner) is quite possibly one of the nicest guys I've ever met and he and his employee got the job done right then and there. At the end, I appreciated the fact that he asked me to walk around the yard to make sure I was satisfied with the job (which I was because they even swept up the walkways where they had carried everything). I needed to have my garage cleaned out urgently the next morning. I didn't think there was a service that would accommodate junk, pet waste, boxes let alone an ENTIRE two car garage floor COVERED in it. I spent 4 hours the previous day cleaning it and only got through half. Gary and his team responded to my late inquiry, almost 10pm, set am appointment for 9am the next morning, they called prior to showing up, and were on time. They then proceeded to clean the other half of the garage in 20 minutes. They took out boxes, other garbage, and were genuinely nice and polite. I was so impressed. Gary is the type of professional that I always enjoy doing business with. Professional, polite, punctual and most importantly, budget friendly. What was really nice was that we were able to agree on a price for my job before he got here. It was very competitive, so I agreed on it and made an appointment for two days later. On top of that, they were super fast, in and out of our gated community parking lot and backed up to our gate so they could get everything quickly. There are not enough words to thank Gary, at King Panda's Junk Removal. I called King Panda on Saturday morning for an estimate in Antioch. He he was at the property within 15 minutes to give me a quote. The quote was more than reasonable. I asked when he could start, he said "right away". I told him I needed 2 hours to sort through things. We needed an entire home emptied, including items from the garage, and back/side yard. He returned on time with his worker. They went above and beyond to help clear the property. They took time to ensure that items were not being taking away, that we may have overlooked. When the job was complete, they asked to walk through each room, and each area ensure that it was to our satisfaction. The Job was bigger than expected. More items needed to be to be removed than expected. He helped with items that needed to be moved as well. Gary is polite, kind, and a very efficient worker. I can't recommend him enough!
