Wowowow! Where to begin!? I LOVE DR KING. She is sooo patient with my eldest daughter, shes been coming here since she was 6month old. She had a traumatic incident with a doctor visit when she was 8 month old and has been terrified of people in scrubs. Dr King and her team shined soo bright with their singing, patience, smiles, and got my little girl thru her 2nd and 3rd visits. My daughter was crying so much but they spoke so softly and sand songs to soothe her. She just had her 4th visit and smiled upon arrival. I moved to Maine but when I come back to visit my mom - i book an appointment each time. My 8month old daughter had her 1st appt with the team this time around and LOVES Dr King. She is gentle. Offers amazing advice and really takes the time to listen. You have 2 patients till they're no longer in the pediatric stage!!! read more

Best kid dentist to ever go to they help you so much with recommendations they welcome your kids in with there name give them toys to play with to make them feel comfortable . AMAZING!!!! Simply amazing place. My son was so scared of going to the dentist and I figured that the lion king decoration all over the walls would be fun for him but this office is so much more than just the cool decorations. I made an appointment and couldn't find our my dental insurance plan. Leslie at the front desk was so good about following up with me to make sure we had everything was set for our appointment. I was finally able to get the insurance card the same day of the appointment and Leslie made sure everything was approved prior to our arrival. When we got to the office my son was impressed with the jungle theme for sure. They had a whiteboard with all the new patient's names to welcome them which I thought was really special. Yajaira came to get us and took us to the back which was equally impressive with the decoration. They had TVs up in the ceiling for the kids to be entertained and a menu for the kids to choose the flavor for their cleaning. The most impressive part to me was the way Yajaira and Dr. King took the time to explain to my son absolutely everything the my were going to do. He got to touch every tool and see how it worked. They were so patient when he needed a minute because he was scared. He got to pick out a few toys because he couldn't make up his mind and Dr. King even saved the other ones he liked for his next visit. The decoration of the office is cool, but it was the treatment that we received that made me write this post immediately. They are truly amazing at making patients feel at ease and confortable. My son left the office and announce that he wanted to come back in two days because he had so much fun. They surely go above and beyond for their patients and I am so glad I found them!! I typically don't leave reviews but this office was phenomenal. What friendly and professional staff, they made us feel right at home. The service exceeded my expectations and the courtesy and kindness we received was exceptional. How well they interacted with my child made the unpleasant experience actually pleasant.We were there for a cleaning and extraction, and my child said it's the best day of his life. I've been to other pediatric dentist offices with my son before, but none have ever made me feel as welcome and comfortable as the team did at King Pediatric Dentistry. Even before I got to the office, the staff helped me through billing and insurance issues I was having when trying to schedule the appointment. They were flexible enough to fit my son in as an emergency appointment when he lost his first tooth. I had forgotten to mention that he is autistic when I was bringing him in, but it didn't even matter because he did so great and felt at ease with them that we didn't have any trouble during his appointment. I think it's because the decor was so fun and exciting to him, and they even gave him a little treat after. So needless to say Dr. Alicia King will be my kiddos' new dentist from now on!
