Dr King and her team shined soo bright with their singing, patience, smiles, and got my little girl thru her 2nd and 3rd visits. My daughter was crying so much but they spoke so softly and sand songs to soothe her. She just had her 4th visit and smiled upon arrival. I moved to Maine but when I come back to visit my mom - i book an appointment each time. My 8month old daughter had her 1st appt with the team this time around and LOVES Dr King. She is gentle. The hygienist was patient and took time to explain to him what the process was going to be for his cleaning and explained each piece of equipment and their purpose. Then she proceeded to SMACK his mouth any time he would scream in fear instead of giving him time to breathe and relax. My son did not need to be smacked in the mouth by anyone. For what? To clean his teeth? I have a photograph of them pinning him down. I would love to have the dentist call and apologize and I want my money back. It's the LEAST they can do for the trauma they caused both my son and I. DO NOT take your children there if they have any hesitation to medical professionals or any oral aversions. Dr. Brenner came out to introduce herself to me before she brought the kids back (both at the same time, how fabulous!). She performed their dental check with me present, and explained the entire process, while completely engaging both my kids at their own developmental level! They completed the cleanings, X-rays, sealants and fluoride treatments for both in under an hour. You can tell that Dr. Brenner and her staff love their jobs.
