The refrigerator is totally banged up even though they went through the trouble of lightly wrapping it with clear cling wrap. Clearly whoever is delivering for this company can care less about delivering the products in one piece. They proudly put stickers on the appliances and yet damage them in the delivery process.

Nobody has ever showed up. The J&R lady who picks up the phone keeps telling us that they are busy and will come to our apartment in the afternoon or the following day. This has been going on for two weeks and still nobody shows up. There is always an excuse not to show up to fulfill the warranty that they provided. If you are have an issue with your appliance, please do yourself a favor and just skip J & R: Either hire a proper repairman who fixes appliance for good or buy a new refrigerator with a full year warranty instead of paying J&R for $250 or so.

His prices were reasonable for the amount of time and effort it took to figure out the situation. I had to get a new refrigerator and Freddy helped install a new waterline since PC Richards was not able to do so. Freddy is very responsive and works during weekend hours (came on Sunday twice) so convenience was definitely appreciated. He was very unhappy to come back to redo the work. Put in the same line, said everything was good. Now the gas leak continues. We check the gas leak was from the used line he installed. Now he won't even take the call to come back and fix the problem. I will not use this man again.
