After a pleasant conversation, how often can you say that about talking to a dealership we headed down to the lot to get an offer on the car. We got to the lot and 30 minutes later we left with with a check. No haggling went on, no back and forth, they made a fair offer straight away and we accepted. We sold a car in 30 minutes and left with a check that we were pleased with. If you are looking to sell a car if you do not at least give Hollingsworth an opportunity you may just be missing out.

The first seven months were fine and then one day I was driving it and just went over a simple manhole cover at 45mph and the front end started to fish tail and I had a scary moment trying to get control of the vehicle again. I took it to the garage just figuring it needed a repair. It is a used car so repairs are bound to come up. What I was not expecting was the garage to call me within 15 minutes of dropping it off to tell me that the whole underside of the vehicle is rusted out and they couldn't even repair it. They said the vehicle never should have passed inspection to be sold in the first place and that it is unsafe to drive. They suggested another garage locally to try so I made an appointment there for a couple days later and just didn't drive it. The second garage told me the same thing as the first place and even added that I should contact the DMV so they can deal with the inspection place that passed an unsafe car. They put their findings in writing: "Vehicle is not fit for the road. Should not have passed a state inspection Control arms are rusted through and subframe in the rear will need to be replaced at the same time. Do not recommend this vehicle to be driven until all of the rusty parts are replaced. Also 1 fuel tank strap has rusted off and the other is barely hanging on. Vehicle is very rusty and unsafe to drive." I drove to the dealership and spoke with Ben who had sold me the vehicle. He pulled it up on the computer and said "That's one of Phil's cars". I then spoke with Phil by phone (he was off that) and he was incredibly rude! He didn't care that he sold an unsafe vehicle. He said he would call me the next day when he was back in the office. He did call but not until 5:39pm. He said he told me that both himself and a third party inspection place checked out the vehicle and none of the things I was telling him were noted on the inspection. I asked how a vehicle could completely rust out in just 7 months and he said he didn't know. He said they weren't going to do anything for me. I spent $11K on a vehicle that never should have been sold in the first place and only lasted 7 months! BUYER BEWARE!!

We found a used Volvo that we liked online, made an appointment to see it and from the minute we walked in until we traded in our car and bought the Volvo was under 3 hours. Unfortunately, the car we liked had a dead battery but this was handled easily by our sales person, Johnathan. We arrived with financing in hand but honestly, CarMax offered a lower rate and better terms overall. Our car had one minor issue and we received a work order and it will be taught care of this week. Showroom was clean, our sales person was wonderful and the finance lady was great, too! We had a good experience here.

When it showed up for sale it was advertised as only having 1 key fob. So strange that key fobs are "mishandled" considering how expensive they are. Besides that, the car I acquired had a bad battery and the tires were significantly out of balance. I discovered the bad battery the 1st day I had the car at home and needed to jump start it. Took it to my local Chevy dealer who diagnosed a bad battery. Carvana needs to improve their inspections/reviews of the cars they sell. They could also do a much better job prepping the cars for delivery. The prep job on mine was not professional at all.
