Best king Soopers by far. Very clean and just love the staff.... always has what your looking for!

The store is nice but..... This review is on the Deli dept. Went to this King soopers for the internet cafe, I had purchased sushi and coffee while I used the free wifi. After all was done I decided to get a sandwich made at the Deli for later. Went over and there was a line (I was 4th) noticed the manager helping out with chicken orders, waited for 10 minutes and a young man asked what he could do for me, I ordered a sandwich and he preceded to say he hadn't been trained in that area yet. He advised the manager what I wanted, manager replied ok "I'll be right there". As the manager kept helping 2 other customers (they were in front of me) with the chicken meal deal orders the young man started helping the other customers that formed behind me. Instead of the manager handing off the tongs and potato scoopers to the young man since he hadn't been Trained in the sandwich dept. I waited again... After the next 2 customers that were behind me got helped and on their way I decided to skip the sandwich as the manager was opening a bag of who knows what. In opinion the manager needs a bit more training on handing over the tongs if the 6 other people that were behind the counter aren't trained in the sandwich dept, or at least train one of the six others.. read more

Great grocery store, I got flowers here for my fiancé and the clerk could not have been more helpful.

Place is always busy but the customer service is great. Love their bulk food section and selection of local food. Since we only have 1 grocery store out here, glad it's one with a wide variety. My only complaint is that their prices and ads could be better. Many times safeway beats them out on their ads, which I find surprising. read more

Love the store!!! Employees are great, store is clean and has everything!!! But the pharmacy on the other hand I hate!!! Pharmacists are rude!!! And not pleasant at all!!! I went in and asked a question about some medicine and no one acknowledged me for 15 mins I said excuse me three times and no one said anything to me until I hit the counter to try and get Some ones attention and then was asked to wait a min... Love this store. The guy who works in the produce section (not sure of his name, about mid 50's) is ALWAYS so helpful. He has always been so friendly to me. He has shown me how to pick a good watermelon, how to know if the oranges are juicy, and how to tell if the corn on the cob is sweet. I wish I knew his name... he has been working there for a long time! read more

Great grocery store...very clean and organized BUT worst pharmacy ever!!!!!! You will wait for eternity here whether you go in or drive up....very slow and chatty. Otherwise love the store. read more

This is a long overdue review! I was flying back from a business trip the night before our anniversary, and all the florists that I called were closed, so I picked the nearest grocery store where I could find flowers. Since this King Soopers had good ratings, I decided to see if I could pick up some flowers. The floral area was closed, so I requested assistance creating my own bouquet. Not only did the person in charge find me someone competent to help - the results were great! The gal who helped me - Sherria? - was friendly, patient, helpful and created a really nice bouquet for a reasonable price! Good, large, store and great customer service! read more

Great store. No cell signal or wifi. Like going back into the '80s. Don't try and use the king Soopers app or web, cause it won't work. No signal. Time to go back to paper if you e coupon shop. read more

Think twice before going here to the Pharmacy here! They kept my refill because the filled it and then it wasn't picked up in time so they returned it and then I could not get it. The service is horrible. The Walgreens across the street pharmacist are friendlier and much more knowledgeable. read more

I have to give king soopers a two star based on the simple fact the only thing I absolutely hate about this store is you bag your own stuff!!!!! So ridiculous I spend hundreds of dollars on groceries there then I get to bag my own stuff. Not cool and not even fair that they make people do that at all!! They just scan your stuff then look at you. It makes me so mad!! No other grocery store is like this! read more

Thank goodness we finally have a grocery store out here, since it's been over 11 years! Really like the store, the layout, the staff - everyone is always helpful and friendly. Store is well-organized and clean. Great produce. REALLY disappointed with the sushi bar - which is why this review isn't 5 stars. It isn't owned by King Soopers. But the business uses rice wrappers that are laden with WHEAT. I know, what? It's ridiculous! And dangerous for those of us that are gluten intolerant. I've addressed my concerns with the store management and the sushi place management. I wish I could eat the sushi and not get sick. Otherwise great store. read more

OK I find myself liking this King Soopers sometimes and sometimes not. Customer service counter sometimes friendly, sometimes not. The guy walking around the front of the checkout areas acting as the manager, or lead cashier (what he is, I don't know) well most times he doesn't appear to enjoy his job. The sushi sucks, they advertise fresh sushi, but its frozen tuna they sell; but that's not so much my problem, I know its store sushi, but they don't even put wasabi on the rice under the tuna, salmon, etc and they don't even make sushi rice;(mixing in condiments to make it sushi rice) no taste whatsoever. Others here say the sushi is fabulous, but heck this is Colorado and most locals don't have a clue. The seafood department is pretty good but haven't seen fresh tuna the last couple months, wondering if they discontinued it. Early when the store first opened, asked the guy up front why they don't carry the coffee (flavor) I always bought at the KS in Brighton, never followed up and they still don't carry it( Peet's Coffee, Italian Roast). I'm aware when a store is new, kinks need working out, so we'll see how/where it goes. Bottom line is I'm glad KS came to this area. Driving a mile is better than driving 5 miles to the other KS in Brighton. read more
