They have a non compete contract with Reunion meaning we have no other options in our area. They take full advantage their contract by not providing any service or keeping their shelves stocked. Right now it's 6:00pm on a Tuesday which is a very busy time. Take a guess how many registers are open?? You guessed it! One!! All the rest are self check out. So for the people spending a lot of money with full carts you can either check out yourself or wait for about 20 mins. Never thought I'd hope for a Walmart to open in my neighborhood but please give us a Walmart. read more

Finally! Out here in the Reunion/Buffalo Run area, we have been fantasizing about a grocery store that involved less than a 25 minute commute since our neighborhood's inception. Praise Odin! It has arrived. Since K-Soops (as I've affectionately named it) opened, I find myself here almost daily. It's so nice to stop and get fresh veggies and meat for dinner. I am super-stoked that they have even brought in products that aren't normally found at most King Soopers: Kombucha, Grass-fed butter and a decent selection of organic produce have always driven me to Whole Foods or Sunflower. Not anymore. I am so thrilled to have K-Soops just a hop, skip and a jump away! read more

They need to build another grocery store in this area. This king soopers is always super overcrowded and it's going to get worse as more houses are built in this area. Lines are always insane and they only have like 3 registers open at once. Stuff is always sold out. Commerce city needs to get their act together and start building more retail rather than the million houses that are being built in the area. read more

As far as grocery stores go, I'm happy that this is my "home" store! It's clean, new, & usually well stocked. Like any other store, if you hit them on the wrong day (like Sunday evening), they may be a bit low, but that's to be expected. Variety is the spice of life, right? Well there's no lack of variety here - lots of exotic cheeses on the cheese counter, plenty of meat and prepared side choices on the deli counter. The meat counter usually has a sample of one of their tasty seasoned meats and I haven't been disappointed yet. I could write paragraph after paragraph about all that's available, but that would be a bit ridiculous. Suffice it to say that if you're looking for something normal, something organic, gluten free, cheap, expensive, frozen, fresh, charcoal, a vacuum, a furnace filter, a crock pot, pet food, batteries, jewelry, or Steve (their friendliest employee) you will find it here! Pick up service is horrible. I've been here 3 times of an order I made almost 48 hours ago that they immediately charged me for but kept pushing back and then when we came to pick it up the only gave us a quarter of what we ordered. The pick up manager Isaiah or Issac said it's "a free service" and basically that we shouldn't have any complaints. Now we've been sitting in the car waiting for 30 minutes for the remainder of our groceries and the "manager" has no sympathy or care about the situation. read more

I am sitting in my car as I type this. I am livid!! I have never felt so incredibly disrespected. This doesn't mean it doesn't happen all the time but coming from a fellow Latina it felt like a bucket of ice cold water thrown at me. She was standing at the front of the lanes so she could see ALL the check outs and if anyone needed assistance. she glanced over and told me to move to one of the empty checkout lanes which happened to be the very back one. She continued to walk to me and stand behind me. She walked over to someone that needed assistance then proceeded to stand behind me again. I understand that sometimes you get treated like this simply for the way you look but coming from your people that shit is horrendous. I mean I showered, combed my hair put a little make up on this morning. I don't understand where this shit was coming from. Now to the store. You've got to train your people better than that. Especially teach them how to put on a mask correctly. This woman was wearing 1/2 a mask. Not ok!!! read more

Largest King Soopers around and the only grocery store in this area. They have it all. I especially appreciate their specialty cheese area( really huge selection), large selection of organic produce and the fresh sushi is really good. They sell a ton of it and always have 2-3 sushi chefs making it all day long. Don't see what you want? Just ask and they will make if for you on the spot. Store is also always staffed well and they don't let the lines back up....ever. read more

This has got to be my all time favorite King Soopers. I shop for Instacart (grocery delivery service) so I shop a lot of king Soopers stores. I'd have to say I have been to every one in Denver. This one is the friendliest, cleanest, coolest one I have come across. All king Soopers are pretty much set up the same, with the exception that some mirror others. Meaning sometimes produce is on the left, sometimes it's on the right. This being a "Super" Soopers ( they sell apparel as well) It is set up in a way that you don't feel crowded going down the chip isle a half hour before kick-off. This one just feels right Thank you to all the staff, stockers, checkers ,and each department. You guys rock. Keep doing what you're doing. I mainly shop for insta cart, but when I shop for me and mine, this is the location I choose to shop. read more

Can you go back on strike? The service was much better then. The store itself is probably one of the nicest around, but the service sucks. It's wasn't even 8 pm, and you might as well have closed the store. Customer service closed, deli closed, seafood closed... barely stocked shelves, one lane and self checkout were the only thing open. read more

I love the grocery store, Starbucks AMAZING as always, Fred Meyer jewelry is a blast to browse and convenient for things like watch batteries. I give the store a 5 star rating, the RX however is the worst I have ever seen. Uncaring, rude employees that should not be working in a retail RX if customer service is not a priority. I would say most if not all of the staff should not be dealing with the public. I used to manage an RX so I do feel like I am qualified to give the feedback. I will be moving all of my scripts to CVS at Target, a little more inconvenient but the friendly staff makes it worth it. read more

DO NOT GO TO Kings Soopers #114. Address is 15051 E 104th ave in commerce city. I used my card at the machine and put in $37.65. They have a sign on the pump saying to see the cashier for a receipt, that sounded suspicious to me so I went and got one. Sure enough they charged me $38.00 instead of what I actually put in my car. I understand that it's only $.35 but if I were to put gas in my car and drive off I'd go to jail for sure, and I'm one out of god know how many they've ripped off. Hilariously bad at picking items for a pickup order. If you order anything but sliced cheese they will give up and tell you it's not available. I checked and bought it after my pickup order so not just BSing. Also will sub food at their discretion without notifying you what they're subbing and hope you don't notice. Honestly pathetic, lol just look a little harder. I don't care if it takes an extra hour, just find my cheese man. It's there, not with the other sliced cheeses, but near the deli... maybe one day I can actually avoid the grocery store because your pickers actually looked hard enough to find everything that they claim your store is out of stock of... read more

I live downtown. There are 3 King Soopers stores near me, but since their opening, I've been driving to Kings on Leetsdale - totally worth the drive as they have the in house liquor store. And then . . . Miracle of miracles, I visit a friend in Henderson - want to bring food with me, so I pop into this Gift of a Food Mecca! It was a food shopping sensation! - not over selling it. First of all, the staff are so friendly! No side conversations of "I don't get off until . . . " ; produce - beautifully displayed; a wonderful floral boutique (where I scored a few bouquets on sale); the most interesting concept of pre-prepared frozen meals - in bulk!!! But the 5 star-maker, over-the-top selling point for me? The liquor store! Hooray! Thought there could be only one in the state (lame antiquated Colorado law). My new fave - too bad it's 20 miles away Guess I'll have to plan a vacation day for it read more

Years later and I still love this store. We've become frequent users of the Click List pick up process, which with a 3-year-old is essentially. At about $5 for the picking, it's absolutely worth the hour or 90 minutes that I'd have to hoof around there. The produce they pick is also WAY better than I can find myself (they are the experts, after all!). If we do stop in, however, staff are always polite and welcoming, and we're often recognized by the checkout staff. We feel welcome and part of a tight-knit community, something I didn't think was possible. It's wonderful. read more

This King Soopers was one of my go-to stores until today. Fire that rude elderly lady who works at the chicken spot by the Deli. She's so miserable I tried having a conversation with her she's so negative. When I realized the type of person I was talking to I tried to kill her with kindness and she wouldn't stop. I expressed how I needed chicken she said she'd have it right up in 20 mins. Then says they can't make the count I asked for. I dunno she's a duma$$ honestly and I'd hate to be that age working there too!! Just do the job and go home no need with the extra sh^t. Then have the younger guy ask my order again with you standing right there shoving your mouth with food then coming over in the middle of the guy and I's convo. Ridiculous. read more

Wow, I was just at the pharmacy where the I was told the pharmacist wanted to talk before I received the meds for my daughter. The pharmacist was on the phone, so I waited. The pharmacist came over to talk. She read the labels to me. I asked why she was reading the labels to me, she responded that she wasn't. However I observed her eyes track over the labels and speak the words on the labels. Then she stated that I could have refused to speak with her, that option was not given to me. So, if you need your labels read to you, this is a great location. Just don't say she is reading the labels, it upsets her. read more

The absolutely worst experience I have ever had with a deli/bakery in my life. I use this location to order food for events at my company. We spend about $3,000 a year on food at this deli. The PHONE customer service is the worst, everyone is incredibly rude. I recieved several "sighs", was disconnected several times, put on hold without being told I was being put on hold etc. A gentleman finally picked up the call and said he didn't know how to do what I was asking, and to please be patient while he found someone who could. I very much appreciated the communication and honesty of what was actually going on. The deli manager finally was able to help me, but I was told by several other managers that they couldn't help me because they "weren't on the clock." Whenever I pick up the food, everyone is friendly enough, but I would rather make the food myself than deal with them ever again. Pretty disappointed. read more

I'm a food snob. I love buying from local farmers and ranchers, and when that doesn't work, I hit Whole Foods. But I find that King Soopers is a decent substitute right around the corner (when my nearest fave WF is 24 miles away). They have organic produce. Hell, they have everything here, including furniture, and a great pharmacy. The people are all SOOPER friendly, too. I am always greeted warmly and asked if I need help. However, there are lots of solicitors that set up shop outside the doors. I don't want to be rude, but I just don't make eye contact. read more

I'm updating my review because of the repeated horrible service provided by the Pharmacy. We truly love the grocery store and marketplace areas and shop there often. The grocery store deserves five stars. However, the pharmacy deserves zero stars. The employees are uncaring, bored and need to change or be changed. My last experience was to wait in line with five other people for ten minutes while the person at the counter filled a Rx for someone. There were four other employees there but no one offered to help any of the other customers. They wouldn't even look up. This has been going on ever since I have lived here (over a year). We were told they were out of multiple things then asked for a similar brand then all of a sudden they have the one we wanted. They do this every time I order from here!!!! Ordered a baptism cake a week in advance. Showed the young girl in the bakery what we wanted and gave a date. What we ordered and what we got are very different. This is so disappointing. The bakery staff is so talented! We always order birthday cakes for our kids from here and we have never been let down. I called last minute and asked for a "fiesta" themed cake for my daughters "Taco Twosday" themed party and everyone kept talking about how adorable the cake was. It was also so delicious! read more

This is my neighborhood King Soopers. It opened about 6 months ago, and at only 5 minutes away it's been a godsend. I wouldn't normally give a grocery store 5 stars, but this one is sort of the best of both worlds. It has a great selection of not only organic meats, dairy and produce, but myriad organic and natural products throughout the store interspersed with all of their products. Their fresh sushi is pretty fabulous for grocery store sushi, and having an in-store Starbucks makes any trip to get groceries better. Oh, and samples? I've seen them have actual full-sized cupcakes and pieces of fruit (oranges, apples, tangerines etc) as samples instead of bits and pieces. Well done, King Soopers. read more

I was just at this location and was so disappointed. My cashier was so inattentive. She talked the entire time to the cashier next to her (and any other employee) about hoping a fellow employee gets fired. She yelled out to employees who were walking by saying 'Hi', or 'I'm tired and want to go home' or 'I feel so bad.'. She coughed ALL OVER my groceries and NEVER once covered her mouth. The other customers and I were rolling our eyes and wondering how to disinfect our groceries..... Front end managers and other 'leadership' type employees were around but no one seemed to care. This place is HUGE!!! Great selection from pharmacy to food to even furniture. We started in the pharmacy on the far left and found what we needed and were greeted by two employees. We then walked through the furniture which I have never seen in a grocery store. Then we headed to grocery store section and picked up our food items. We headed to Starbucks to get our coffee and the hubby went to check out. They clerk asked for our saver card and he didn't have it on him. The clerk asked "Then do you want to forgo your savings?" Not may I look up your # or would you like a new card? I get over there and asked how much everything was and it was higher than I expected. Carl said he didn't offer to look up our card. I grab the receipt and the clerk looks at me. I look at him and ask "Can you scan the receipt then scan my card and give me the difference?" He sighed out of frustration and said "Fine" He scanned it and gave me money back. Good store and variety of items, but the clerks need more training. read more

I want one of these new style King Soopers in my Aurora neighborhood, as it is fantastic. It is very big, well lit, well stocked and just wonderful in my humble opinion. When I go up to Brighton, I usually make a trip to this King Soopers. The sushi is freshly made in the store, and they often have samples. The crunch roll is fantastic and delicious. The cheese section is fabulous; although I wish they had more of a selection of Brie. They sell a merlot cheese that I have not been able to find in the King Soopers closest to me. Parking is more than adequate (see my review for the King Soopers on Stapleton) and there is a King Soopers Gas Station at this location. This store sells jewelry and furniture read more

The pharmacy here is so slow. My prescriptions were called in at 430pm and at 530 was told an hour and here it is 830 still not ready

We've been waiting over an hour in line for the pharmacy with no movement. Ridiculous.

Used to be great, but poor management and out of touch buyers, has made this store a chore to shop in. Count on them not having at least one item on your shopping list. I'd rather drive to the Brighton store than come here anymore. read more

This place is getting to be a rip-off....prices of food has increased quite a bit over the past year when compared to other stores in the area. I'm talking things like meats being a 20% higher here, etc. I believe they are gouging/maximizing profit, as this store has become pretty popular in the past couple of years, stays busy. read more

It would be great if I could separate the pharmacy from the grocery. I'm happy with the grocery store. The grocery section is generally very good, except for running out of stock on too many items. But the pharmacy is the worst I've ever visited. I moved back to the neighborhood 4 months ago after 2 years in SE Aurora. I remember long lines and wait times before, but expected with experience they would improve. Quite the opposite. Longer waits. Unfriendly staff. No app for reordering. It looks to me like their pharmacy is too small, too inefficient and not staffed well enough to give reasonable service. The drive through microphone and speaker have been mostly out-of-service since I moved back, more than two months. The card reader and pin pad are so loose on the pole that each time you key a number, the whole boxes sways around for 10 seconds. I have sat in the drive-through behind multiple cars, with just one car at the window for nearly 30 minutes. I can't tell if they aren't aware of how poorly they're doing, or they just don't care. Either way, I'll drive further to get good service. I hope to hear that they've made the wholesale changes that are needed. read more
