    Online return policy

Very poor customer service. I bought a can of tomatoes for $3 that was past its expiration date. I came with a check to return the money, but was refused by Front End Supervisor Linda. She said that the item was purchased at another King Soopers store, and according to their store policy, they do not refund money for expired goods. She claimed that the information online about returns to any store was false. When I asked to speak to the store manager or another manager, I was told that there were no managers at work at 1 PM and that nobody knew when they would be back to work. Conclusion: I bought an expired product, and the return request was denied.

After work today I stopped at King Soopers to pick up food for dinner. I purchased an item from the bakery that was on the reduced rack. It was a berry crumble. When I got home I took it out of the box. I had to cut the box open. The crumble was raw. It appears to have never been baked. After dinner my boyfriend tried to return the product. He was told no because it was on the reduced rack. I understand that if it's stale or I don't like it I shouldn't be able to return it. However, this item was not cooked. It was not safe to eat. I should have NEVER been for sale at all. I was told when I called I needed to come back in the next day. I will be doing so in the morning.

This King Soopers is pretty much like all the rest except that the parking is smaller than others and it's on busy Broadway St. I was doing business in this area and I stopped in to grab something quick from their hot foods section. The food was hot fresh and tasty and I found an unexpected surprise on the way out. Good shopping experience overall.

Sad sad sad. I can't blame the crabby customers on King Soopers but their staff today did less than amaze. Most days I check myself out here because I like to bag like things together to make it easier to unload at home. Today I had a lot of fruit and veggies and actually ended up with more than I'd come in for so after a long week I was looking forward to someone else taking things out of my cart to bag them. For starters it was shift change apparently. The lady leaving was less than pleasant and didn't even bother to look up to say it'd be a moment while she signed off and the young guy behind her signed on. The guy was nice enough and said hello and asked if I'd found everything ok. He started running my groceries and it wasn't more than a minute that my stuff starting smashing. The bagger on the lane next to us had completed the order she was on looked at mine and walked away. It was then that I decided I'd better start bagging before everything fell off the lane. Still thought someone would come up and take over as several kids were wandering around. But no. Then as I finished carting my own groceries the cashier who up to this point I had thought decent pushed my cart I'd used for shopping over to me with my waters and soda underneath. No offer to transfer it to the new cart, no offer of help out. He just pushed the old cart up to the new and turned around to help the next lady. Did they forget to teach them basic customer service here? I was so in shock of what had transpired it took me a second but I did stop the cashier by self service to see if there was a manger nearby. No she said. I told her to let one know if they ever come by that this was the worst service I've ever had at any grocery store and most assuredly the worst at this location. Done shopping here. It may be closer to home but I'll drive the extra miles to have Safeway treat me right. You can build a brand new store but when you can't train your staff to treat the customer right, watch the place fail.

Still requiring masks even though they're no longer necessary per the CDC and the state. I'll take my shopping elsewhere from now on.

Even if you have a couple of items be prepared to spend at least 45 minutes to an hour here. Checkers are slow.

As such, you get great cuts of meat, house-made sausages, bacon, pre-made meals, and roasts, etc. This fish selection is strong, and they have an excellent deli. That said, given they are a small independent shop, you will pay more for some staples, and you will pay more for higher quality items; you won't have the same selection of produce as a 60,000 sqft grocery chain. All of this, though, is fairly obvious when you walk in. Tony's is focused on quality over quantity.

I'm used to this store being open early (8 am) so this morning, when I walked in at 8:30 and I was kind of in my own head thinking about what kind of nice steaks I would like to buy for my son's birthday, I was abruptly yelled at and told to go away because the store was not open. It was so shocking and so rude. I thought the person was joking. I said you're joking right and she goes, "No, I'm not joking! We're closed! " Even though the doors were wide open, I guess they were open for employees coming in. I was ready to spend several hundred dollars, but instead I walked to my car and placed an online order from Snake River Farms. I got $25 off and two day delivery so I'm thrilled. It might be a while until I go back to Tonys. It's OK that the store was closed. I just wish the employee had used better tact.

This location on University Blvd in Greenwood Village feels like home. The reasons are how the wonderful, caring, down to earth and fun team members work together, enjoy themselves and take time to really take care of customers and have real conversations with them- not just about the items on the shelf. Beka - you are one of a kind ! I was paying for my purchase with the wonderful Eli when Beka walked up to us and presented me with the unique Colorado Trader Joe's shopping bag. ( photo). She had noticed my out of state Nevada bag and we spoke for about 10 minutes as she was stocking and I was getting some avocados and lemons. Very sweet and considerate. Josy- you are a rare, unique, kind, real, fun and very cool person and yes, a hard worker with an amazing attitude. I saw you go through those boxes in the freezer section. Just fantastic. Loved Rosy who was sampling some cheese. She spent 27 years in Silver Spring, Md. The 2 gentlemen behind the counter were having fun. Loved the energy. It definitely trickled down to the staff and the customers got it too. I really feel like I have known Beka and Rosy for 20 years. The store is well maintained. The aisles are not cluttered. The restrooms are immaculate. Parking is free and abundant.

It's been a long time since I visited this location. I frequented here when living in Aurora. I happened to stop by yesterday as I was out running errands in the area. I didn't need to wait long for checkout. Average staff interaction at the register. I would return here again if I were in the area. Also, it's a shared public parking lot.
