These people are heartless. Took them an entire week to figure out THEIR end was the issue with getting me my meds , instead they tried blaming me, my doctors and my insurance. They don't communicate at all and they are hell to get ahold of when you actually need to talk to a person and aren't able to go to the store. Would give 0 stars if that was an option . read more

By far, the worst pharmacy I have been too. Prescription orders are always missing, they can take up to 30 minutes or more helping just one person because of their slow service, long wait times even at the drive thru, unfriendly customer service, they never answer the phone, and the list just goes on! If you can, avoid this pharmacy. It does not seem to be managed well. read more

I had a difficult time getting a prescription from Walgreens because Walgreens had been negligent. So I switched my orders over to King Soopers. I have to tell you, it has been like night and day. They have been polite. They have gotten my orders out on time. I am thankful for them.the egotistical monster who used to be the pharmacist there for so many years is no longer there. So if you have left because of him, rest assured that he is no longer there and it is a good place now. read more

I waited in the drive thru pharmacy for45 minutes because the person in front of me had many prescriptions and was price checking and had a bunch of questions. I finally got out of my car and walked up and said "hey this is a drive thru make this lady go into the store" the line was 5 deep and I was trapped and couldn't leave. I've been a loyal customer of this King Soopers pharmacy for over 10 years. Since that time, the level of service has declined steadily to the point where I just cannot justify doing business at this location. The time it takes to turn around a prescription has become excessive and on many occasions the staff has missed their window resulting in waiting longer or a fruitless trip to pick up the prescription. Maybe they are understaffed. Maybe they don't understand there are other pharmacies in the area. Or maybe they just don't care. Honestly, this place does not even deserve one star. This is the most mismanaged, unprofessional pharmacy I have ever seen. The only reason I go here is due to the fact I live very close, but I think it will be worthwhile to drive farther to get better service. This Pharmacy is super close to me. I heard from lots of people how rude the staff was there but didn't think about it. They are all rude except Angel one of the pharmacists. Also, when you drop your prescription off, if they don't have it, they don't tell you but send it to a different store. This happened to me on a medication that I needed that night!!! They told me you have to ask them to check for you. Very very poor customer service. read more

I wanted to reach out to you about my most recent experience with the Little Clinic on 136th and Zuni in Broomfield Colorado. My husband and I have used this clinic for the past year for basic flu shots. Recently transitioning into a new job, I would be travelling to Uganda for a few weeks. As such, I needed inoculations such as Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Yellow Fever, Typhoid and Malaria. In reviewing the website as well as speaking to the receptionist, I was assured that The Little Clinic offered all necessary inoculations with the exception of Yellow Fever. I went to the walk-in clinic and when it was my turn, the nurse practitioner said that they were out of needles so she would need to go to the pharmacist next door, I thought that was odd being that we were in a doctor's office but was okay with it. She came back in and administered the inoculations. When I asked about the malaria medication she told me that she wasn't familiar with the dosage and that I would need to find out tomorrow. When I asked if she wanted to write my contact information down, she told me that she might misplace my information however she would make a note of it and when I call back the following day, the nurse practitioner could call in a prescription for the necessary medication. I called the following day and was told by the receptionist that they could prescribe the malaria medication however I would need to again come into the Little Clinic for an office visit and pay the $80 to be seen. I told her that I had just been there the day before and that the nurse practitioner I saw yesterday was going to write a note to the on-site nurse. The receptionist told me that there was no note and that I would need to come in again to see the nurse and pay the office visit. At that point, I asked to speak the Office Manager regarding this issue. I was put on hold while the Office Manger was notified. I explained the situation and my frustrations to the office manager. She said that she would call in my prescription, during that time I told her about where I was going and the length of my stay. The prescription was called in and I began ingesting my pills a week before my trip as prescribed. Three days before my trip I went to my orthopedic doctor who had recently traveled to Haiti, in a passing conversation we discussed my upcoming travels and the medication I was taking for malaria. He informed me that he thought the malaria medication prescribed to me, Chloroquine was resistant in Uganda. He then looked it up on the CDC website and confirmed this. I called The Little Clinic immediately and told them that they had prescribed a medication that was resistant in the place I was traveling to. At that point, the nurse practitioner got on the phone to discuss the issue. I told her of the situation and she reaffirmed that the prescribed medication would not be a problem. Through the phone, I lead her to the CDC travelers website (which she could not figure out how to navigate), so I told her step-by-step the website name, page name, country name and then read to her the Chloroquine was resistant to Uganda. She said that she couldn't find the page indicating this however she wanted me to tell her what should be prescribed. I told her that I didn't know however my other doctor had recommended Malrone since it could be administered last minute. Malrone was prescribed and when I went to pick it up, I incurred a fee of $196.09 for the prescription because there was no generic option and because it was the only option to take last minute. If I would have been given a choice, I would have chosen an alternative medication covered by my insurance. My insurance would not cover these costs as there was less expensive viable options if I could have begun the malaria medication a few week/s before my trip. The entire situation was stressful and frustrating from the initial office visit to beginning the new medication prescribed. It was also very frustrating paying the additional $200 due to negligence on behalf of practitioner. As such, I would like to be reimbursed for the fees incurred. I would also suggest additional training on behalf of staff or I would no longer advertise this location as place to be receiving travel inoculations and medications. Thankfully I saw an alternative practitioner otherwise The Little Clinic wound have sent me into a region with high malaria outbreaks with no protection! As such, the already stressful situation could have become a lot worse due incompetence. Since then, I have contacted corporate regarding my experience and spoke with an individual named Natalie. Natalie seemed concerned and helpful. She was going to speak with boss and connect back with me. Guess what, 6 months later and I'm still waiting. Horrible experience and customer service. Don't go there for anything travel related. You'll be disappointed if you do. read more
