I was towed off in an ambulance and the dreamsicle,orange HHR was towed to Steve Veneable. They called to inform me my vehicle was in their lot and they had removed, refrigerated and frozen all my items left in the car. Roughly $150 of groceries. I mean come on ya'll if that isn't top notch love....customer service for ya! They even tried saving my freshly baked box of Insomnia cookies but they were full of glass. I had the pleasure of listening to the dispatcher multi-task between myself and 2 more customers that were on the phone with ease and professionalism. Before I exit stage left I have to tell you. After hitching a ride with my fiance, I started looking for mechanics and towing services. I found Kernersville Towing & Sons and gave them a call. I explained that I was planning on having the car serviced at Crossroads Ford in Kernersville. They then explained that they do all of Crossroads Ford's towing and, because of this, could get me towed to the mechanic for just $55. I felt like this was a great rate, so I accepted it. They said they could come by the next morning and pick up the car. I explained that, unfortunately, I would have to be at work around 7 AM. They then told me I could simply leave the key in a hidden place and they would be able to pick up the car without me being there. But, I don't trust people, so I said I'd prefer to not leave my key outside, albeit in a hidden location. Kernersville Towing was more than accommodating and suggested that I just go ahead and take the key to Crossroads Ford, leave it in their dropbox, and, provided I left the car in park with the emergency brake released, they would be able to pick up the car without my assistance in the morning. I agreed to this and, around 8:30 AM, I received a call stating that they had picked up my car and were on the way to the mechanic. It was a nice surprise to receive such an update. In addition, their relationship with Crossroads Ford allowed me to consolidate everything into one bill. It was quite convenient! In short, this is an extremely considerate company and they kept me well informed throughout the entire process. I will definitely give them my business in the future. Thank you!

I just wanted to leave a review bragging on the older gentleman who was towing vehicles near Shoals…read moreroad last night. I was coming off a hill that was a solid sheet of ice. I saw a Jeep Patriot with their hazard lights on so by the grace of God I was able to come to a complete stop on the ice. I saw 2 vehicles had ran off the sharp curve and almost totally over the bank. Well, 2 tow trucks arrived. There was an older gentleman in an older Ford truck. He helped get the jeep turned around so they could safely go back the other way. I sat and watched him and the other guys pull the other 2 vehicles that went off the road. After he finished he began walking to my car, and guided me on how to get to the other side of the road without losing control so I could gain traction. I asked him if he had been out towards Ararat Campground to know how the roads were out there. He said he hadn't and if I came across ice again to get on the side of the road so I could have more control and slowly make my way home. I told him I wish I had some cash on me to give him for helping me. He said it was absolutely okay that he wanted to make sure everyone was safe. I've never seen such kindness from a tow company before and wanted to acknowledge that!

I nor my husband called parkway towing/wrecker service after an accident November 2024. I have AAA…read moreand contacted them before going to the accident scene. I informed the driver from parkway and he not only refused to stop and allow the people I called to handle my vehicle but also refused to take my vehicle where I wanted it to go. We live less than half a mile from the accident location and requested the vehicle be taken to our house. There was a pistol in the car that we made prior arrangements with parkway to place in their safe upon arrival of the vehicle until we could secure transportation to retrieve it. I had the pistol with me on my walk to the accident scene and placed it in the glovebox as we had made plans to go to the hospital where it would not have been allowed. The driver with parkway was informed. The car was/is involved in a federal investigation due to possible non deployment of the air bags and recalls concerning such. I was told at the time the car would be safe and to take as long as needed to complete the investigation by an authorized representative from parkway. The car was placed in an "out of the way" area for that specific reason. My husband went by parkway and Mr grubbs informed him he wasn't allowed on the property after Mr grubbs threatened to crush the car before the investigation had taken place. He also quoted a ridiculously inflated storage fee after we had been assured of the cars safe keeping. Needless to say my husband and I weren't happy. Mr grubbs has made no attempt to contact me although he had my mailing address ( as indicated by the simple fact papers were served to my address) and I had notified him of my phone number. We attempted to contact Mr grubbs on numerous occasions however I never received a response. I have call logs with proof of attempts to speak with Mr grubbs and/or an authorized representative from parkway. Even the insurance company had difficulty reaching Mr grubbs. From November 2024 to today's date of April 14, 2026 we have received one (1) return call from Mr grubbs. Parkway is now suing me even though the department of justice has still not completed their investigation.

They were timely; I only had to wait about 45 minutes on a Sunday night, and they came when they were estimated to.
