They do everything in the name of 'property value,'I can assure you the only thing that will bring property value down in our development is the fact that we have Clagett. When we begin the process our 1st choice is anything without a HOA, I'll literally pay an obscene amount to not live in one again. If for some terrible reason I end up considering an HOA development again, the 1st question I'll ask is who manages it and if it is Clagett we will not even bother looking at the house.

Their response to maintenance issues is prompt and they keep the neighborhood well groomed. The highway is nearby, but the units are so well sound insulated that you don't hear the traffic nor your next door neighbors. We are happy to be here.
