Annabelle guided me through the whole process and told me the exact type to get over the phone so all I needed to do when I got to the hair place was find the closest match for my color. She advised me to get a couple of different shades of blonde because I wanted no one to be able to tell that I had extensions. I think I have 3 shades of blonde including a bundle of ombré too which I love because my hair was already ombré. Nobody could tell that I had extensions in at all! She's super flexible with her schedule and managed to get me in before halloween! She even educated me on how to care for the extensions and which brush to use. Every one of them was devastated for me -- there was nothing they could do. I told the owner, Lauren, what happened. She said she'd talk to him. Then silence. No follow-up, nothing. The only person who stepped up? My longtime colorist, who offered me free haircuts and moisture treatments out of her own pocket. I couldn't let her pay for what the salon and Ryan should have made right themselves. Shame on Ryan and shame on the owners. If you're considering any chemical service here, run.

I've gotten tons of compliments on my hair and Leslie doesn't waste any time when working. She's quick to respond and she makes the space work.
