At night before shop was closing-- I purchased a $15 glass water piece, brought home and filled with water only, didn't use-- leaky from the base! Attempted to return following morning, but "all sales final." At least the sales person tried (ONLY reason for 2 stars) to call their manager, but they also said no returns. Used or change-of-mind type returns I could understand, but this item is straight up defective. If you don't stand by what you sell, why bother carrying it? Well, for $15, I'll use duct tape. But over $15, you've lost a customer who would otherwise be spending hundreds $$$ later on. SMH Good luck with that business strategy! Update: just after getting back from attempting to return this piece, I barely pressed on bottom where it was leaking from, and the whole base exploded. Didn't even get to use my Gorilla tape. I know what good glass is, so I'm not surprised about this garbage. I'm just thankful I didn't cut my hand or that this didn't explode all over furniture a few sessions in. read more

I read the reviews and was wary about coming in but happy I did. They do check ID now and asked both people purchasing to show ID, not just glancing at it either. The guy helping us was very helpful, friendly and funny. Was happy to give suggestions and new exact info about products. He did strongly suggest us to test our products (disposable) before leaving so we could get a replacement while there if needed. Haven't had any issues with the products so far. Authentic disposables. A lot of options and stock. Good prices. Would definitely recommend and happy to see they're checking ID since vaping has become a serious concern for teens. read more

Avoid like the plauge. Ripoff prices, the help is rude and doesn't stand behind the products they sell. They dont accept returns and that should tell you what you need to know. Service is a bit trash depending on whos there. Theres a guy who dont like to look for anything and tells you no they dont have it, when i'm looking right at the product. Purchased an electric lighter here as a Father's Day gift and after using it one time the lighter broke. I live in Tracy and decided to just send my dad over to talk with the shop and they guy that helped him didn't care at all about the fact that the product failed after a single use. He then proceeded to accuse my father that he broke the lighter and to just call the company because they won't do anything about it. There few smoke shops around the country who actually care about what their customers are smoking off of, but it is extremely rare when you find friendly customer service, good product, and at reasonable prices with weekly if not daily deals AND they throw no shade or bullshit. Behold! Kingpin smoke shop! The friendliest smoke shop in Stockton with great products at great prices, with staff who are excellent at serving their customers needs. On top of that, the staff is just always happy and gracious! They never seem to have a "bad day". Kingpin is updating their selection of glass and gear they have great glass under $100 as well as under $500 and even though they have no headies I'm sure everyone will find a piece to please and repeat after me at a great price! Don't be fooled by other shops saying they're the only ones with this or that. Every shop in Stockton has access to the same products you just gotta look for the ones who buy it. Glad to see this place got decent reviews but my experience was the opposite. Had been going to the prior business and owners for a couple of years. Went to address a simple return issue for a relatively inexpensive item and what I got was an arrogant business owner, who somehow thought owning a Smoke Shop gave him the license to be rude and insulting. Watch out for these guys, they are all smiles until it's about money and then their real personality show.
