Finding this company and finding them having what is usually an all day, out of the way planned event, is a major relief on me( as a caregiver) and her. Here, she is able to ask questions and get to know the products, and the staff has ALWAYS been outgoing and welcoming to us. With very surprising results for her, in many of the products that have been tried, in her maintaining her wellness and well being. The fact that this came up at a point in time and a place for the convenience to be a major factor is a great plus. Seeing the website and realizing that they have a point system for additional savings, I can only suggest to people to explore and get to know your products through the staff here. To some, they may seem expensive, BUT in finding products for more workable lives after having found other places that talk a lot about how good they are, I can only tell you - Explore your options and put this store on your map! There's no reason to pay $9 for a pack of (five) Backwoods when other smoke shops sell them for $7. There's no reason to stick to this place's limited selection when other smoke shops with a lot less square footage are able to squeeze a lot more suitable and reliable inventory -- and actually recognize the products on their shelves. I couldn't believe how much trouble the counterperson seemed to be having just finding a product I asked for that was right in front of him. He kept saying that they didn't have what I requested and pointing at an alternative that sat on the row just above the product I wanted -- same shelf and all. I won't be back. I toke too much to joke.

There is a really good variety of different vapes, including green bar pulse and pulse x, viho, Oxbar, and more which I can't remember. I also think his prices are awesome, and not just on the vapes there but I have purchased a glass pipe there before and this pipe one of the best quality I have ever had and I have bought A LOT of pipes since I was 18. The store is always clean and they never close early and they open up early too. All and all one of 2 of my go to ships for my smoking needs whether it's pipes, papers, bongs, vapes, ciggys, wraps, screens and anything you could need. Also, never received a faulty vape, eventho it happens, for whatever reason they are quality vapes. Please please check these guys out, as I'm a huge fan of supporting small business owners! I had cancelled the card so it came up to tell him not to allow use and then the lady argued with him and ended up giving him also the checkbook and receipts I had as well, he kept the property after she left and called me to let me know he had this and would hold it for me to pick up. I am extremely grateful to this young man not only for retrieving my property but taking time to call me and alert me and let me know the police can see the video of the person as well. Attempted to return following morning, but "all sales final." At least the sales person tried (ONLY reason for 2 stars) to call their manager, but they also said no returns. Used or change-of-mind type returns I could understand, but this item is straight up defective. If you don't stand by what you sell, why bother carrying it? Well, for $15, I'll use duct tape. But over $15, you've lost a customer who would otherwise be spending hundreds $$$ later on. SMH Good luck with that business strategy! Update: just after getting back from attempting to return this piece, I barely pressed on bottom where it was leaking from, and the whole base exploded. Didn't even get to use my Gorilla tape. I know what good glass is, so I'm not surprised about this garbage. I'm just thankful I didn't cut my hand or that this didn't explode all over furniture a few sessions in.
