I even asked how they'd know not to mess with the top and how they'd know to press in the pleats. The person helping both then and when I returned for pick up were both nice. But the dress was supposed to be ready at 10am and I didn't get notification until well in the afternoon. What was a deal breaker was that - even after they'd counted the pleats to charge me extra - they'd not been pressed and I did not have time to wait as I was going out of town for a wedding. What I didn't like is that they seemed to kind of brush the whole topic off as if it wasn't a big deal. I had to ask about getting money off of the bill because of it and here it turned out that they actually did charge me for the plates but didn't even offer to take that money off. When I got the dress, it was on just a regular metal hanger that they taped the dress to and it very quickly fall off of the hanger in the car the floor as I was driving. And, again, this was a formal floor length dress and they brought it out without a dry cleaner bag on it and seemed surprised when I asked if they had something to put over it like that was an usual request. I'm not certain if your rates are within the average range of most dry cleaners but that was a lot of money to pay to not get what I asked for and to have it done kind of half arsed.

I even called the day of at 3 PM to confirm, and they assured me the items would be ready on time. However, when I arrived at 5:15, Cindy was still working on them, and I didn't leave until 5:25. On top of the delay, she was impolite and did not acknowledged the inconvenience or thanked me for my business. Given the lack of professionalism, I won't be returning.
