Just picked up my order that I dropped off a couple of weeks ago! At the time of drop off they informed me that they hold on to items for up to a year, so there was absolutely no hurry for me to get back there. When I walked in to pick it up I was carrying my baby with me. The clerk at the counter let me know that for future I could actually park right under the overhang when picking up, so that I wouldn't have to walk across the parking lot. I thought it was a nice gesture that they informed me of that. The service requested was getting two suits with white shirts cleaned. They came back looking nice and fresh, as well as wrinkle free. Each item came back on a separate hanger with its own plastic covering. I also thought this was a nice touch. It was just over $50 to get all 6 items cleaned (suit jacket, shirt, dress pants x2). I don't get things dry cleaned often, but this seemed like a very reasonable price to me. Overall I'm very happy with my experience!

Your other store manager Collin did not discuss any other options with me except that I could leave them there and after 1 year you guys would just donate them somewhere! So essentially the tailor will get nothing for their work. That just doesn't make sense!
