I had an okay experience. When trying on the dress I was quoted "about $90" for a hem at the bottom and asked if that was okay. I said yes but my ticket listed the price for $160.92. The seamstress is very friendly and was able to meet the 5 day turn around I needed but I think the price is high for a single layer dress (no liner) that I paid $80 for. read more

They are quick to drop what they are doing to assist you, no matter what they are doing. They are attentive to detail and do what they say they will on time. For my first visit, I brought three different projects... I needed a pair of pants hemmed, I needed to replace the zipper in my absolute favorite hoodie and I had a shirt that needed mending after my husband caught it on something and ripped one of the button holes. The woman greeted me and ushered me into the fitting room so that I could put on the pants that needed hemming. She expertly marked the pants and I changed back and came out to discuss the other two items. For my hoodie, the gentleman came over to look (I took it that he was the one who would do the work) and agreed with me that the entire zipper needed replacing. He asked me if I wanted the zipper to be white like the original and I said yes. He said he would have to order one and acted like this was a great inconvenience and he was very sorry. It was no big deal to me at all and was in fact really refreshing because he was asking my preference and letting me choose. I assured him it was no problem and I would be happy to wait longer for the ordered zipper. And then on the shirt that needed the repair, the woman looked at it and asked me if I wanted her to fix both button holes that had been damaged. LOL. We didn't even NOTICE that two button holes were damaged. We thought it was just one. I was super impressed with the attention to detail. The clothes were all ready on the appointed date, and I did not even get a dirty look when I showed up pretty much at closing time to pick them up. They warmly ushered me into the store and took care of me lickety split. The workmanship was excellent on all of the items, and I have found my new tailor. Prices were quite reasonable and in line with prices I have paid for similar work at other tailors. Plenty of parking. read more

I love this shop. They are quick, high quality, and kind. The pandemic wa hard on businesses like this and I'm glad they made it. Their prices are reasonable. $16 to hem pants seems high if you grew up with a mom who did it for free, but unless you want. To learn to sew, it's reasonable. I've never really gone to a tailor before, but after losing some weight I had a closet full of great shorts, pants and shirts that I didn't want to attempt to replace. I would recommend finding another tailor. I came in to have my bridesmaids dress altered and during the consultation when it was pinned it looked perfect. When I received it back, the top didn't fit and was crooked under the armpits, it puckered out under the arms and gapped in the front. The person who originally helped me said that wasn't her fault, that was "another Issue". She told me to tape the top to my chest. She told me over and over it was my misunderstanding after I told her when we pinned and marked it, it looked great, as it is now, I can't wear this dress. She again said it wasn't her fault. I requested my money back for ONLY the top portion of the dress, I was paying her in full the $150 for the hemming which I was told was a lot, I only wanted the $70 for the top back. I was told no, I explained to them I felt like they ripped me off. I sent a formal letter and received NO response. I will never go here again and based on my treatment of both the garment and myself, I would advise everyone considering them to move along to another tailors office. When I took the dress into another tailor, they had no issues fixing the top and it cost me a lot less. read more

I usually never review places. But this is the most disappointed I have ever been in a suit tailoring. They give you a discount if you pay in cash and want you to pay before the alterations are complete (should have been my first warning to walk out). The owner kept complaining about my 'chicken wing' (referring to my shoulder) being abnormal. I will never return, and will never get the $150 back for the tailoring or the $250 back for the suit they ruined. read more

I got my bridesmaids dress back from them and the back is shorter then the front. I talked to them about it and they said it's the way the dress is. No other bridesmaid dress in my party is this way! The only thing they would do for me is take the front shorter. I wasn't wearing shoes and it was already shorter then I wanted. This place ruined my sisters dress for my wedding, then argued with her to the point she left in tears. She said she did not think she should have to pay for the hem since that was half an inch different in the back then the front and they said to leave or they will call the police..... I tried calling and the woman said she would not give me the managers name and I had to come in and talk to her. It is 5 minutes before the shop closes.
