I moved here, not too long ago and haven't had time to unpack everything that I shoved in the sheds in my backyard. I went to enter them out on a nice sunny day today and realized I had blocked my jewelry box and had no idea where the key is. So I called them and asked if they could open it for me and they said yes. I drove down there and they just came right out to my car where it was in the backseat and had it open in a couple seconds. I needed a replacement key made for our vehicle and went there a couple times and every time they told me the guy who could do it wasn't available and to come back at whatever time and I would and still he was gone. They were willing to travel all the way to Harris Ranch to unlock the luggage box on my motorcycle. I was happy with that and they arrived in about 2.5 hrs which is what they estimated. However, the lock is a simple tumbler lock that could have been picked by a more experienced locksmith. Instead after a few try's he drilled it out and destroyed the lock and the housing. I was unable to replace the tumbler because he drilled the internal guide notch the hold the tumbler from spinning feely. I get that I was wanting to get going and expressed that- I had been waiting 2.5 hrs I also get that even a experienced locksmith MIGHT have not been able to pick-which Im sure they could have, but not knowing how to properly drill and destroying my $270 luggage box is ridiculous. Thanks for the bailout but you cost me hundreds of dollars. read more

These guys are professional, helpful, and saved me a load of dough. I wanted a second key to my 2011 dodge crew cab. I contacted the Dodge dealership, who informed me the key was $180, and to program and cut the key it would be an additional $120; $300 total. My wife (the smart one) told me to check Amazon for a key; they had one for $5. Since it was a key/lock, and being new to the area, I checked Yelp and found this business can program chipped keys. I headed down to talk to the guys, they were polite, helpful, and said they could cut and program the key for half the price proffered by the dealership. After checking the key to ensure the chip was valid and worked, they tried to program the key, however there was no communication from the truck's computer. They identified a problem with my truck, and told me once the problem was corrected, come back and they would try again. I took the truck to Dave's Radiator repair off of 10th Ave. He repaired my truck. I took it back to the lockshop, who programmed the key, AND gave me a discount due to my added repair expenses.
