If I was there for information they always took their time with me and I never felt like I was bothering them or they wanted me to either spend money or leave. The first experience I was looking for a dash cam for my wife's car. They gave me their input on the best choice (on Amazon) and told me they would install it if I brought it in. They could have easily sold me something for more money, but they had our best interest at heart. I followed their advice, bought it on Amazon and brought it in to be installed. It cost less than their original estimate. Who does that? Then I needed to replace the stereo in my 1996 Electra Glide as it had seen better days. Everyone else I talked to wanted to sell me a $3500 unit for a $7000 motorcycle. These guys recognized exactly what I needed and worked with me. Again they helped me find a part on Amazon that they couldn't get through their suppliers and upgraded my speakers for a better sound at 80 mph. These guys will always be my go-to people. They are honest, down to earth, reliable and fun to work with. I recommend you not waste your time shopping around when these guys are right around the corner. They gave me a tour of the shop and showed me some of the intricate work they do on show vehicles, boats, custom work and everyday vehicles. Last month, I took my teenage son's RAM pickup truck to Dynamite Car Audio in Clovis and spoke with…read morethe owner, Chris. I explained that I wasn't sure what was wrong with the stereo. I just knew the speakers weren't working properly, and I wasn't sure if the amp was working either. Chris and his team quickly diagnosed the issue. They discovered that all the speakers were blown and that the system had likely been hastily thrown together by the dealership we bought the truck from. They also found that the stereo was locked out, which prevented access to the digital equalizer and tuning controls. Fortunately, they were able to fix that too. Chris replaced all the speakers and got the stereo working again, and when we picked up the truck, the sound system was incredible. The entire job was completed in just one day. On top of that, they fixed and replaced the tailgate actuator, which had been grinding for months. The stereo repair and actuator replacement turned out to be the perfect graduation gift for my son, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They have a little waiting room, which was clean and comfortable, with a TV and a little heater/fireplace for the winter. I came in to have an alarm installed with sensors. I've been here years before with my old car and they did great work then too, so I felt confident coming back. The alarms they use are high quality and work very well. The installation itself was very professionally done, and the alarm works exactly as I wanted, it's very sensitive and reliable, which gives me great Peace of Mind, especially with all the break ins that have been happening in the neighborhood recently. The guy who worked on our car was friendly and the receptionist was friendly as well. They did have to special order a part because the tilt sensor module didn't fit our car, so we had to wait an extra 1-2 weeks. Once the part came in, he installed it very quickly. Their prices are very fair, we called a couple of other shops and they were definitely more expensive compared to Bakersfield car and audio. He's also extremely skilled at car modifications and upgrades. His level of knowledge is amazing. I needed to have four speakers replaced and I upgraded from 5.25" speakers to 6.5" I also requested the stereo deck cover upgraded and multiple plugs be installed around the boat, last minute at drop off. Jesse and his team had to drill through fiber glass and three layers of ply wood. The job ended up taking four hours longer than anticipated and Jesse still honored to original guesstimated price, although no promises were made and he didn't have to do that.
