I have a dear friend who was staying in the hospital longer than expected and wanted to send her flowers same day delivery. Even though Kings flowers did not advertise same-day delivery I called them and was helped by the sweetest woman who said flowers would be delivered in a matter of a couple of hours. I just gave her some color choices and a budget and left the rest up to her. My friends sister visited her in the hospital and sent me a picture of the flowers and I could not have been happier with how they turned out. She explained they couldn't deliver other merchandise for liability reasons which i understand...needless to say i will definitely go back and order from here because they value customer service! My boyfriend bought me flowers from here on Valentines day and he also bought me cupcakes so when he asked if she could deliver the cupcakes with the flowers she rudely said no! Mind you i work next.door to this place at premier food safety....also it is monday and my flowers are dead...a 60 dollar arrangement. I never realized that this shop is within a walking distance from my house! I really recommend this place to shop for your flowers. First of all, the ladies who work here are extremely sweet and helpful. Flowers' prices are varying but they are all always fresh. Anna is very helpful and knowledgeable person there. I didn't have any idea and confused of what to get for my first date, but she helped me to pick flowers for my first date. I am on the hunt for a flower shop to provide the needs for my wedding day. So I came across this place and gave it a call. A friendly lady answered and we were talking for a bit about what I was looking for. And when she asked me for my wedding date, I told her it is xFebruary 4th. She basically told me that she won't be able to help me at all since it's 10 days before feb 14.. that she will be to busy to help. I was pretty disappointed that they just straight up and say no they couldn't help. It's a month before the actual day and I guess it's still wasn't enough time to prepare for them. So if you are about to call them for a wedding in February don't even bother. - She got a 2 star because I appreciated her being honest and she was friendly. read more

I was in a pinch because my sister's graduation was later that day and I had no flowers or leis in hand. After desperately calling many different places, I thought this was going to be my last best chance. I know, most places usually have to pre-order leis since they're costly, but I forgot to order one and didn't even think about it until that's day. Ann answered the phone every energetically and I was in luck, they had one lei left. I was in Riverside at the time I called, so I asked if she could hold onto it for me until I could get there, which she was able to after taking my name and number. Fast forward an hour and a half later, I was able to find the shop extremely easily, with much curbside parking in the front. Immediately when I walked in, all I saw were flowers and an overwhelming smell of flowers. She got my order and I thanked her tremendously for holding the lei for me on such short notice. The lei, a double, was beautiful with fresh flowers, with a very purple-y pink with white in the lei. Only odd thing was that they kept a dog behind the counter which could get up and walk around the shop. It was well trained but I feel that with flowers around, it's not good to have pets in a florists. Too many people have allergies and I wouldn't want to be sniffing pet fur if I was allergic. read more

After being completely overwhelmed with flower prices for weddings, I decided to give them a chance. After my consultation, I was convinced more than ever I should have never looked anywhere else! The owner was SO sweet and worked VERY well with my flower budget. It just made me realize how greedy florists can be as soon as they hear the word "wedding". I got married on 11/13/2010. Well I finally stopped to pick up a floral for a friend and the lady who waited on me was so friendly, when I had a question she wasn't sure of she went and asked what I found out later was her mom, the owner of the shop. We used this shop to order flowers for my mom's funeral. We had our out-of-state relatives use it also. First off, the customer service from Anna was top-notch. Very helpful and sweet. All flower arrangements and plants from this shop were gorgeous. Delivery to the church was prompt and we received quite a bit of help moving and arranging the flowers in front of the altar to my aunt's specifications. We very much appreciated that on the cards that were included with the flowers/plants, the shop also included the type of flowers along with the name of who ordered them and the corresponding address. This came in very, very handy when doing thank-you cards later. All in all I would highly recommend this flower shop and would definitely use it again. Kudos to the King family!! read more

After a very bad experience with an online flower shop, "From You Flowers", I found King's Flowers on google. Not only was the owner, Anna, so professional, courteous and helpful, but she assured me she would deliver my flowers to the graveside service, the next day. She worked with the budget I gave her and she totally gained my trust. After the funeral, the family of the deceased expressed their surprise and absolute gratitude for the beautiful flowers that was delivered to the graveside, and put a photo on their Facebook page of them standing alongside the flower arrangement, which was indeed an awesome arrangement. Much kudos and heartfelt "thank you" to Anna. If you live in Fullerton or close by, go to King's Flowers for all your floral bouquets and arrangements.
