Only get one key per policy. Doesn't matter how many you'll stay in your room. You get one key. I am including pictures to steer you away from this hotel. Best to go down the road to another town 15 minutes away. The room was filthy. There was no lock or deadbolt or slider on the door. We barricaded the door with furniture. The window right next to the door has a broken lock on it. So anyone can slide the window right open. Once you pay, there's no getting out of the room or we would've went somewhere else.. BEWARE! This place is in the top 2 of worst places I've ever stayed at. Please spend the extra $10 and stay at the Super 8 if you need to stay in Belle Fouche. I know it's been a while since I've done a review so I'd like to apologize to my millions of yelp fans. First off the room smelt like mildew with a nice undertone of body odor. I have a bad back and the sink was only 3 feet off the ground. Bathroom door did not close completely so it couldn't be locked. Linoleum floor was so uneven I was afraid I was going to twist an ankle. Got the room because the place is pet friendly, took my dog for a walk and the owner seen us started petting the dog and being friendly to her. Next thing you know he hurling threats at me because I didn't tell him we had a dog. Saying he could charge us $250 extra. I told him all the other hotels I checked into that were pet friendly asked or didn't care if I had a dog. He said it was my responsibility to tell him and someone could die if they went into a room that previously had a dog and they had a severe allergy. I calmly told him OK he kept ranting it was not OK so I slowly walked away before I lost it on the jerk. read more

This was an awesome little Inn to stay at. We got caught in a dreaded snow storm and the owner was super nice. He let us have a late check out time to wait for the roads to clear in the morning after the mess and he was so sweet to our dog! We paid $60 for a room with Two queens. The bathroom was remodeled and in nice condition too. Would stay again even just for the hospitality. read more

It was a terrible experience for the moment we walked in the door. I went to show the owner my reservation and he said no! You do not have a reservation. When I showed him the confirmation of my reservation he went on to state that oh, there are actually two reservations in your name. I went on to the booking website and canceled one of the reservations. he then proceededo to tell me that I had to cancel both reservations because the one that was showing on his end said that it was only for a single bed. I showed him once again the confirmation on my end showing that it was for two double beds. He kept arguing with me saying that if I did not cancel both reservations and just go through him then he was only going to give me a single bed. I was unable to contact a live person with the reservation company to complain about this. At this point I was totally frustrated with him not giving us a key to a room that we were just going to leave (this was after well over a half an hour arguing with this man who was literally yelling at me). Once I told him forget it he proceeded to hand me a key card to the room. Believe it or not this is just the beginning of this saga! Once we got into the room there were no knobs on the microwave, the refrigerator wasn't working, and there was only one knob on the air conditioning. We called him to the room due to my sister needs a refrigerator to hold her insulin and he reached underneath the refrigerator and got it working.he then proceeded to go over to the air conditioner and turn it down! he told us that we didn't need it up that high and just shut the bathroom door and it would stay cool enough in the room! When asked about the knobs on the microwave he stated that everybody steals his stuff in the rooms and he has no idea where they are! I asked him if we could have a few more packets of coffee and he literally yelled no! You already have four no more!there were three of us in this room and we each wanted to have a few cups, too much to ask for? He then looked over and noticed that we had two small dogs, he began telling me that people could die for me not telling him that we had dogs in the room because some people are highly allergic and stating that now he has to have somebody come out and fumigate the room with the door closed for 6 hours and going to cost him $35. I told him when I made the reservations we specifically went there because it was pet friendly! At this time we hadn't paid for the room yet, I know what you're thinking, run!!!, However it was late and we were exhausted. I was walking to my car when he came up to me and said oh by the way I got a hold of booking.com and they canceled both of your reservations. He said I did this for you so they wouldn't try to rip me off for the extra fee which I told him I had already canceled one of the reservations there was no need to cancel both. He told me I needed to go into the office and pay him for the room, and yep, when I went in to pay for the room he charged me an extra $45 more than what my reservation would have costed by going through the booking service!! he said he was still saving me money because he canceled my reservation for me? What?? I know this is an extremely long review but I truly need to warn you. This man is dishonest and rude! And to top it all off I haven't even discussed the security issues or the room itself! read more

Horid time; worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!! I went there to do a half marathon. Stayed with 2 other gentlemen. We reserved a room at a certain price. When we showed up we were told they moved us to a suite because they won't allow 3 people in one normal room. And they were going to charge us twice as much as they had quoted us. Normally, people would just leave, but unfortunately, the small town (less than 5,500 people) was all sold out due to the race, so we really had no choice but to stay there. Even though the "suite" was twice as much and made for parties larger than 2, there were still only 2 beds. The shower knob was broken, and you had to keep reattaching it as you changed the water temperatures. In order to get ice, you had to go across the parking lot to the bar (also owned by the hotel) to get it. There was no ice machine. And the bar was staffed by the same people the hotel was. So, if one was busy, the other was unattended. read more

Worst Hotel Ever! Told late check out was abailable for our group during reservation, but the day b4 told no, checkout at 11am Given 1 room key, asked for more since 4 of us in 1 room, and only given 1 more Asked for additional towels & told we could only get 1 clean for 1 dirty turned in The doors didn't close automatically or completely, so one night at 3 am I woke to see the door was open 3-4 inches There was a flip style interior safety lock on the door frame, but the other half (the ball) was missing on the door (same for all the other rooms too) so it couldn't be used. We found that there not enough towels at the hotel to change out all the rooms during the housekeeping rounds, as the one thing we did find that the useless flip style door frame mounted portion of the safety latch was used for, is for housekeeping to leave every door to all the rooms propped open after they cleaned them while the towels they removed from the rooms were drying in the dryer ... This was confirmed during a visit to the office when another guest returned from being gone all morning only to find her room left open & that was the explanation give to her in front of us! Yup, that's really safe! Due to the aforementioned safety concerns, we didnt want any housekeeping during our stay, but there are no 'do not disturb' placards to put on the door knob, so had to make 1 out of a granola bar box lid to stick in the electronic door lock swipe. One of the many guests in our large group staying in another room in the hotel found bed bugs in their bed, brought one of the 2 they found to the front desk on a tissue & was told that it couldn't have come from their room, so they left the hotel to stay somewhere else. Since the town was pretty much sold out, we were stuck, so we didn't even try to look to see if there were any in our beds ... Scary Old cracked toilet that required you to hold the flusher the entire flush to work Stained blanket on the bed under the comforter No blackout curtains to block the parking lot lights, just plastic 1" blinds One of my roommates with a mold allergy woke up each morning with a swollen face/eyes & hard time breathing No ice in the hotel ice maker (bone dry) No water in the pool, but this could also be due to it being mid September (after Labor Day?) read more

Book this motel from booking.com got there on a Saturday and checked in there were tons of flies in the rooms we found little bugs on the bed but we could not find another motel so we stayed we had the rooms for three days The second day the towels were not changed any rooms because the room where my son-in-law and daughter were staying in the same tiles were hung because he wiped up chocolate off the counter and the towels folded and put back the next day we got the room The towels were wet they were never changed since we took the showers that morning so we went to tell the manager but he was working the bar next-door so we had to go into the bar to get him I will never stay at this motel again read more

I was at the Kings Inn with the same group - musty smell, stained carpet, minimal cleaning done, One tiny bar of soap for 3 days, no shampoo, etc. But the worst part of all was listening to the housekeeper/bartender "getting it on" next door at 1:30 am! Disgusting place. read more

This place was the PITS. Dirty bathrooms, rough & scratch towels, stained carpet. There was supposed to be a refrigerator in the room but there wasn't. told the owner whose response was something to the effect of, "That doesn't surprise me. The guests steal everything." with no offer to provide one. On site restaurant was not worth eating at - terrible food. Can't really think of any reason I'd go back to King's Inn. read more
