Nice Place with comfortable rooms. But they smell a little. It's good for one night. The rates are also moderate.

The linens and towels were high quality, the bed was very comfortable, and there were water bottles left out for me. I slept very well and each morning Joan prepared a five-star breakfast. The Inn is located in a nice area of Riverside and is close to restaurants and museums, as well as the water. Our room was on the second floor and was a nice size room with a tv, coffee maker, mini fridge and a beautiful bed. The Inn also has a bar on the first floor, as well as a good size dining room for daily breakfast. The menu offered about 5 or 6 options. We both went with the vegetable cheese omelettes and they were the best omelettes we have ever had. There was also a cute little outdoor patio adjacent to the second floor common area. It was a delightful stay.

Reservations were easy to make online, we were welcomed quickly upon arrival and giving a spacious room with all the amenities you could need - coffee maker, mini fridge, and more TV channels than you can imagine. While the bathroom was small, the shower pressure was great! Well we didn't have time to enjoy their honor bar, they do have plenty of different places to congregate or lounge on the first floor. This is a renovated classic structure, offering a great combination of old school charm with modern necessities. In the morning, we had a wonderful breakfast served with a smile. There's plenty of parking, and they even have electric vehicle chargers in the parking lot. I did take a very short walk to the waterfront. Overall, great rooms, friendly people, and the traditional bed and breakfast experience.

Our room was spacious with a nice king sized bed. Shower had room for two. We also had a bench on the deck outside of our room. I sat there and read the paper. I loved discovering a cat curled up there on our last day who was friendly and enjoying the morning sun. Breakfast was delicious with an egg bake and waffle our two days. With fresh fruit, bread board, juice, and coffee, there was more than enough to eat. They also hosted a social for the guests but the timing didn't work out for us to attend. It was quite the spread when we peaked in one night. We really enjoyed eating our breakfast outside on the large porch. The first day it was raining but we were covered so not an issue. The second day it was sunny and clear. Beautiful views of the water. The staff was fantastic and took care of all of our needs. Great stay!

My daughter had just purchased her first electric vehicle and, following the vehicle's navigation, was directed to the property's EV charger. Believing it was an available charging station, she plugged in for approximately 10 minutes. It was an honest mistake, and as soon as she realized the charger was private, she apologized and immediately began leaving. Instead of a polite conversation, she returned to find a handwritten note taped to her car accusing her of "stealing electricity and trespassing on private property." When she tried to explain that she was new to owning an EV and had simply followed the car's directions, the owner/manager repeatedly told her she "should know how to use her car." Even while my daughter was already backing out of the parking space, the owner continued threatening to call a tow truck. This happened on a quiet Monday evening, not during a crowded holiday or busy weekend when the parking lot was under pressure. There was no need to escalate the situation the way it was handled. I completely respect a property owner's right to restrict the use of a private EV charger and ask someone to leave. That was never the issue. The issue was the complete lack of courtesy, empathy, and professionalism shown to someone who made an honest mistake, apologized immediately, and corrected it without argument. The hospitality industry is built on customer service and grace. This interaction demonstrated neither. Based on the way my daughter was treated, I would not feel comfortable recommending or supporting this business.

The rooms were super clean, everything was very walkable, Veronica has great recommendations, wine every night, and more. I would definitely stay here again.
