Overall they (two assistants and Doc-Shannon-I think) were Proffesional, patient, and very sweet to our little guys. Thank you for the courtesy. Our family has been going to Blue Spruce animal clinic for almost 10 years now. They are under new…read moremanagement now. The old management team and doctors were the most amazing people we have ever encountered helping our pets. They were hands-on and genuinely loving and caring to the animals as well as the owners and they didn't overcharge or over bill. During the Covid season, our family had to put down one of our dogs. The vets were the absolute kindest and allowed us and our masks on to be in the room. A new team of doctors and management has taken over I am not at all pleased. They did tests on one of our dogs without talking to us first as to what tests would be done and at what cost. I walked out with an extremely high bill. I was told I could have a free check up in one week and they found something else to charge me for without even asking again and then wanted to throw a shot for $70 for who knows what and then more pills to take. They do tests and they do not tell you how much the tests are. I'm very disappointed in the direction that Blue Spruce animal clinic has gone because we really did trust the previous doctors.
