The vet (Dr. Emily) does not listen to concerns or answer questions properly before walking out of the room and having a tech come in with a full list of treatments we didn't ask for. Our latest visit, we tried to do simple in-house bloodwork that we've been told more than once offer same day results or next day but were told today they couldn't do that and it would be the following week. Our dog likely won't make it through the weekend and we were just looking for some level of confirmation that things had progressed. Will never come back here and if you're looking for veterinary care, I would urge you to find somewhere with more compassion and not a staff that just wants to charge you $1k every visit.

When the services were done (halfhearted antibiotics administration and then a referral back to our family veterinarian), I was in the car with our dog and tried to swap with my daughter where she brought the kittens back to the car so I could go in to pay and they said they couldn't "release" my daughter until I paid (???) I've been to a dozen veterinarians and this is SO weird; they never have a problem with things like this when they know you're out in the car. Anyway, the office person suddenly calls me, I gave her my card and it declined. I called my wife and she immediately transferred the funds. I called my daughter to tell them to charge the card I gave them since she was still in there. Daughter comes out so I assumed they "released" her because she said she gave them my message and then as I'm backing out, the office person comes running out in a dramatic panic and treated me like a total deadbeat trying to skip out on the bill. Mind you we've done ***TWO*** end-of-life procedures here totaling well over $2,000 which makes me a ***reliable customer*** so this mistrust over a $300 charge was wildly awkward. ANYway, never going back. Ever.

They have snacks for you and pup cups for your dogs. I had already taken my dogs, just two veterinarians prior to coming here and they failed to treat her. Unfortunately, she has congestive heart failure, which is common in Chihuahuas and the doctor knew exactly what was wrong with her and exactly how to treat her. My dogs usually act like Chihuahuas, but we're very well behaved in this very calming environment. I have found my future home for my girls. Everyone here really cares about your fur baby as if they were one of their own family members.

I used to bring my cat, Angel, here and when she sadly passed away in 2020 they made the transition easier for me. After adopting two cats in 2021, I continue to bring them here for all their vet and health needs. You can tell the staff are truly passionate about cats and truly care about their well being. The clinic itself is so cozy and not what you would expect from a typical vet but the ambiance is so warm and welcoming. I've also kenneled my cats here for a couple of weeks when I went to Japan in 2023. The room I booked was the largest accomodation which has plenty of space, including a window, for my cats to enjoy. I highly recommend this establishment for any cat owner. The level of care they will receive will be top notch!

The vet tech took her time to make sure he was comfortable and calm. Then the vet Dr. Shekarchian spent the first five minutes on the ground with my dog to make sure he was comfortable. He wasn't rushed. He wanted to first make sure my dog was okay before he did his check up. By the end of the visit my dog was taking treats and accepting pets (that's a big deal). Highly recommend this place if you want to be treated like family!
