In addition Frank replaced our broken patio and delapidated faux stone retaining walls w/ a a beautiful blue stone patio and amazing hand layered carved stone retaining walls that is the envy of all our neighbors. Frank takes great pride in his work and it shows. Word to the wise call and make an appointment well in advance of your project as he is in high demand. Horrible customer service! I have Anderson Windows, Anderson gave me Florance Building to call to…read moreschedule an appointment. I called on May 3rd and was told that the gentlemen that handles the repairs is not in to email him. I did what I was told... 1 week later, I followed up again, left a message and emailed him AGAIN.. NOTHING.... Today (1 month later) I called the store and asked for a manager (they were on the phone). Explained that its been a month and NO ONE has called me back in reference to my Anderson Windows. I was told someone would call me back and so far nothing. I have contacted another company and have scheduled my repair with them. Florance building lost a customer!

The manager I spoke with several times (Greg Barnych) is spineless and dishonest. Would tell me one thing on the phone and then never actually follow up or return my call or email. Never intended to be helpful despite telling me what I wanted to hear during numerous phone calls. Stay very far away from this company. Zero integrity.

For someone who's spending ALOT of money for good quality siding, I partially expect the staff to be helpful. Somehow I always get stuck with the workers who aren't educated in the materials and aren't helpful. So that stinks. You have to ask a bunch of questions to get an answer. For picking up materials, I wish they were more helpful loading the car. My husband shouldn't be out there loading the car in the rain with heavy cement siding alone. Wish the store was open longer on weekends.

Price was hundreds less than Lowe's. Same situation a few months ago, called and spoke to a younger sounding guy who spent a good period of time with me sorting through window options and sizes to ensure I got everything I needed. The the price for the same Anderson windows was less than Home Depot.
