Ex: G2 poly sand bags I understand no returns on pavers, bricks, dirt, things like that. But for things that still have an actual price tag, that's a bit much! Never the less, if I was aware of this with an obvious sign or a comment from the cashier before purchasing, then I wouldn't of purchased extra material. The sad part is when I asked if they take returns, they said "no, its on the receipt." BUT this is literally after making the purchase Im aware of this. It would be smarter to mention this before purchasing, not after the facts! I thought that bit was a little distasteful from a business point of view. I still recommend this place. But be sure to only order what you need. Don't order the "extras" for the just incase event in your projects. (That is only for whatever they sell inside the store.) Bottom line: Project is done! Was left with 3 extra bags of poly sand (no return/my complaint) and a few pavers and bricks (also no return, but this part was expected).

After visiting another locale two weeks ago, we came here this past Saturday. What a difference. We were greeted, by Alex, immediately upon coming in. We explained what we were looking to do, he then came out with us and showed us the many options outside, as well as some recommendations and ideas for both the floor tile, and wall tile. His enthusiasm for what he does was also evident. Answered all of our questions, and provided additional feedback we hadn't considered. We walked away knowing more about our project than we did when we came in. Alex didn't just point us outside. Further, when my wife went back in to grab a catalog, he used her name. This is the sort of thing you want to see from a business. Unfortunately, not enough of them bother. I've been told by our contractor that their prices are competitive, but this is not the reason for this review. This is a business that "gets it". He showed me some options while another gentleman gave me a book to take home and told me to go online and try the flooring in my room online. I called on a Friday to inform them I would be off the following Saturday I was told to call Saturday morning and Bob would be able to help me. I called & Bob came over and took the measurements with no pre-appointment I was able to go back to the store and get some large sample boards and take them home and see how they looked in the lighting in my house awesome customer service by all the staff. Starting in August 24, 2023 Mike called me back with a price for the work I needed done. Him & his staff Sabrina & Bob were absolutely awesome. Fortunately & unfortunately for me when Sabrina & crew came by to lay the floor down my subflooring was rotted & when I asked about the kitchen I was told my dishwasher was placed under the subfloor & if the floor was put in & the dishwasher failed or needed to be replaced (which I was planning on) the floor, countertops & cabinets would have to be ripped out. Wait! What?! Dayum! Wasn't expecting that. Because of their honesty & integrity I later found out that The back room was improperly installed on a wooden deck that is rotting and sinking into the ground so now my back room has to be demolished and rebuilt! UGHH!! And to think all because I wanted a new floor. Soooooo! Now all these months later I'm still figuring out what needs to be remodeled & what actually can be remodeled. Not having fun yet.
