I was especially impressed on the most recent project that included mounting of a digital photo frame. Carlos simply "wasn't having it" to mount the frame with the electrical cord showing! He expertly drilled holes and snaked the cord through the inside of the wall and back out just above the electrical outlet for an amazingly clean look. He had the finishing caps to cover the entry and exit holes too. Carlos and the crew also took a very personal interest in mounting my career memorabilia (22 plaques and awards!) beautifully in my home office. And they are undaunted by "oddball" stuff like mounting clips for a tapestry in my media room to cover unsightly electrical panels. Their excellence starts with the manager Marc who gathers a LOT of information from you (pictures, model numbers, installation videos, etc.) so that the crew arrives fully prepared. They didn't offer any cleaning services for $300 which is ridiculous. Being the hectic moving day that it was, we didn't look at the corner baseboards like we should have. I noticed there was an abcene amount of dog hair from the previous owners that did not get picked up. The company called later that day to see how the service went. We told them what we found. After contacting the technician that came out, he admitted to not even vacuuming before steam cleaning. He came back out to vaccum what he missed. A week later, we did another through vacuuming on our own and the picture posted is what we pulled from just one pass of our small little vacuum.

First the morning move was cancelled several days before it was scheduled. The local office said the national office didn't have their schedule and they had no availability. We had to schedule with another company to do the loading a week later, which ended up going smoothly. However, we decided (foolishly) to keep the unloading with College Hunks. They were scheduled to arrive between 6 and 8pm. Around 3:30pm, they called to ask if they could arrive early. We said they needed to keep the original 6 pm time because we were driving down from PA. They called again at 7pm to say they were stuck at another move and they would be late. We expressed how important it was to do the unloading tonight because we needed to return the truck in the morning. They said ok. At 8:50, we hadn't heard from them, so called the national office. They said someone would get back to us in 15-30 mins. By 9:30, still nothing so we called back. They said a manager or the "hunks" would call us ASAP. It's 10:30pm and we've heard nothing. Please save yourself the headache and use another company.
