I did all of that, came back, met with the owner, scoured through fabrics, shared my exact templates for the cushions and then was just left waiting for a quote. I followed up and was told it was awaiting approval. They wasted my time entirely. Still never heard back. They could've just said they didn't want the job. Luckily, I received great service at Classic House. Better fabrics and fantastic service. Got a quote on the spot. And got right to work. Wish I would've started there in the first place.

I've shopped and purchased appliances at B&B appliances four times now. I appreciate the selection between new, out of box new, pre-owned and reconditioned. I come in with a budget and an idea of what appliance needs I have and it's easy to find what fits within your constraints. I've never received an appliance that hasn't worked and their delivery has always been within the estimated windows. I've shopped around at other national, local and independent retailers and B&B has always had the best prices for the same or similar item at competing stores with delivery and takeaway of the old. I won't say that I shop at B&B exclusively because I always do my research and shop around, but I've yet to NOT to purchase from B&B after comparing four or five appliance retailers. Take that for what it is, a ringing endorsement for you to not waste time waiting for a deal on Black Friday, Memorial Day or Fourth of july and make your way to B&B for your next appliance purchase.

The store had tons of example quilts, lots of quilt kits, patterns, books, cutting mats, Aurifil thread, and sewing accessories (needles, thread conditioner, pens etc). It was super well organized and thoughtfully designed. Loved how all the Christmas patterns and fabric were together along the back wall. I loved how they used a lot of free patterns available from fabric manufacturers. Most importantly I had great customer service! All the store employees asked me if I needed help and if I was doing ok. As a younger quilting customer (mid 30's) I am frequently completely ignored. So I was pleasantly surprised when I was helped! While I couldn't buy everything I had my eye on I learned they have free shipping through their online store - almost unheard of in the quilting/fabric world. Will definitely buying from this store in the future!
